Benson was a highly competent and personable tour guide!
We booked our safari through another company, but Benson from Super Eagles Travel and Tours was our guide for one and a half days through Masai Mara National Park. He is an expert in handling rough roads, navigating with ease over tough areas in which less-adept drivers might've gotten stuck. He managed our time very well, especially on our first short afternoon game drive, driving a little quicker past plentiful animals we knew would see the next day to reach a leopard that had been spotted in a tree. We also appreciated his frequent communication about why we were taking certain routes and what he was aiming to prioritize (e.g. the leopard). Benson was also knowledgeable about all the wildlife, friendly, available for questions from his passengers, patient at every stop, and made us all feel welcome. Benson was definitely one of our favorite guides on our safari tour, we highly recommend him!

Good
Francis was our driver and guide, and I’m completely sure that was what made the experience so wonderful. His kindness, charisma, and love for his work are incredible. Thanks to him, we saw the BIG 5, and it was wonderful. Ask for Francis when you go on your safari. The agency was good, they always answer when you need them and everything was good.

Amazing, beautiful !
We had a wonderful stay thanks to Benson, our guide and driver! Always cheerful, his expertise brought us up close to the animals while remaining safe. He has a wealth of knowledge about animals and Kenya, which he happily shares. We saw the Big 5 and much more. The accommodations in Kenya were very good, clean, and the staff was always very welcoming and kind. We are delighted to have been able to spend this week with him. We recommend SuperEagle without hesitation. Thank you for this wonderful week!

Well organised budget safari with friendly and honest operator
I joined a shared group tour to Amboseli NP. Everything was very smoothly organised. From booking, to airport pick up, pick up at hotel on day of departure for the tour. The tour itself was great value for money. We stayed in a tented camp which was comfortable with own shower and a bed with mosquito net. Benson was our tour guide. He made sure our entire trip was fun, smooth and educational in the sense that we learned about the wildlife. Without a heartbeat I recommend Super Eagles Travel and Tours. I hope to join one of their tours again in the future!

Best animal spotter and very friendly
Benson was the best. His communication was very good. He managed to get us one of the first en best spots when spotting the big 5. We have seen it all, from live kills to baby lions and so much more. Really had an amazing experience!

Excellent tour planning and continuous support during the trip.
I’m giving a 5-star rating not because our 10-day Kenya and Tanzania safari was entirely without issues, but because the few challenges we encountered were promptly acknowledged and efficiently resolved — and that’s what truly sets this tour agency apart.

The driver Leroy is a super guide.
Overall it is a nice trip and I love Kenya! Many nice local people I met on the way. Five star for Leroy Who is responsible and helpful during the whole trip. He is good at finding animals and willing to share information about the animals.
The Shuttle driver Jacob is also friendly and helpful.
An evening game will be appreciated. We ordered a 7 day Safari. It will be better if there can be an evening game in Masa Mara. We prefer the evening game than the Masai village tour.
It will be better for super eagle employee to share more information about the tour and hotel before the trip: For example the distance from the hotel to amboseli park. We prefer a hotel near the park instead of one around 1 hour drive from the park gate.
PS. Kenya is a safe and beautiful country. But please take care of your wallet as well. As I lost 100 dollars in the hotel of Nakuru...
