Outstanding Toir
Highly communicative and helpful from the outset, our 10 day South Africa tour was truly truly the holiday of a lifetime!
I have travelled a lot over the last 40 years, but the arrangements put in place by Nelly were flawless. The standard of our safari - particularly with Legend Safari and at the Elephant Plains Lodge - weee excellent, with close (very very close) ups of the. big 5 and more. The service and food at Elephant Plains was also first class.
A small hiccup with drivers in Cape Town was quickly and efficiently sorted out by Nelly who was most responsive. The only slight surprise was the additional 165 ISD added to the tour for fuel costs which seems a little high, but I guess we have Mr Trump to thank for that…
Overall, this will be a holiday we will remember for many years and I have no hesitation in recommending Incoming Africa. A HUGE thanks to Nelly and the team…..!!

Reliable
I used 'Africa Incoming' for my first trip to Africa, traveling with my two sons (ages 19 and 12). They planned the entire journey for us, and I must say their choice of lodges was impeccable – as were the activities they recommended. The safaris in Etosha National Park were also very beautiful. It's a pity we didn't manage to see lions or cheetahs, but I believe that was due to the time of year (the first two weeks of April). Whenever any issue arose, Ronnie was always available and helpful.

Amazing tour with a smooth ride an engaging guide in Faldi, Unforgetable.
This tour was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Our driver, James, was professional, friendly, and made the entire journey smooth and comfortable. Our tour guide, Faldi, was incredible, so knowledgeable, engaging, and full of great energy that made every stop even more enjoyable.
The highlight of the trip was Tabletop Mountain, it was truly breathtaking and an unforgettable experience. The views alone made the tour worth it!

Great experience from start to finish
I had a really great experience booking with Africa Incoming. The whole package was thoughtfully put together. I visited two different lodges in two different reserves, which made the trip feel more varied and special.
Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The transport was seamless, always on time, and exactly as promised, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. The lodges selected were beautiful, with great service and attention to detail.
The game drives were incredible, and overall everything exceeded expectations. Communication throughout was clear and easy with my operator - Charu, which made planning and traveling feel very straightforward.
It was definitely worth it, and I would 100% do it again.

Planning and execution were top notch.
We had a narrow window to visit and Africa Incoming planned an ideal trip to Kruger with our specific logistics in mind. Two great days in the Park. Great accommodations. We had one logistical glitch which was resolved immediately by Nelly at 5:15 am! That resulted in our chance to spot a leopard and see all the Big 5. Great value. Couldn’t be happier.

Amazing Experience !!
I had an amazing trip with my fiance to Africa this February. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly — the guides were fantastic, super professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made the whole experience unforgettable.

Seamless, extraordinary experience!
From beginning to end, this entire experience was beyond great. Dealing with Bridgette on the planning side or our drivers in country - Nthato in Johannesburg and Faldie in Capetown, everything was excellent. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and personable. They really catered to our needs. We had daily updates from the team with our itinerary and it was easy to work with them on last minute changes. We had no worries the entire time we were there. Absolutely fantastic trip and so glad we did it. Ask for Faldie if you're going to Capetown. I could not recommend anyone else. He was an absolute delight, engaging and overall great person.
