Magic starts with one click, but memories last forever
5/5

Imagine you and your family have no troubles, just nature, animals and days full of joy and happiness.
And Yes, it is possible, and it all started by one simple click on whatsapp buttom and magic began. Maureen got back to us within minutes and helped us to organize full trip, literally she has done amazing job, we lost stress and enjoyed every minute in Kenya, Africa.
After arriving to Nairobi, we have recieved warm greeting, packages, gifts, Safari Land Cruiser, well educated and very pleasant drive Mr. Denis. He took us to all 3x different places, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli (Kilimanjaro), and finally Mombasa Air Safari safely took us to Diani beach resort. Denis drove us everywhere, organized comfortable ride and observation of all possible animals, guided us how to behave, observe, what to view and how to listen when you hear silence:-) he helped our kids to percieve every even the smallest animal or insect on Safari so that they enjoy it (and you know it is not easy theses days).
All carefully chosen hotels were very clean, safe and comfortable to enjoy, but guys it lacks AC so get ready for “fan” noise, otherwise it was very comfortable as very friendly (but in all hotels, reception somehow took to much time for everything, so just dont waste too much time there, they can wait).
And you have to try flight with Mombasa Air Safari, it is one time life experience:-)
After we landed to Diani beach our waves time vacation time started. Ocean temperature around (34-35, and air temperatuee from 29-36 degrees celsius). Hotel was amazing, foosd excellent, what we disliked was that smokers could smoke everywhere (even there are areas where they should do it, and it is prohobited hotel areas even in swimming pool bars), but you ask them no to do, all reacted well and tried to avoid it while kids where around.
After Diani beach we went to Mombasa and use local plane to Nairobi and back home to Prague.
While reading this one can ask youself was there something bad? Honestly, No, but there was small mistake from organizator, plane from Mombasa to Nairobi charged extra fro overweight (indeed you will have one, cause you travel from Europe:-) and, well we were informed about it couple hours before the flight and you can pay cash (local) or credit card. I think this issue every passenger should know in advance so that they can organize their final spending:-) but I think they will improve this next time.
Indeed we come back, there is a lot to see and explore, we want also to see great migration (Mara River), Kilimanjaro hiking, other Safaris and we will use on small button magic touch and get back to Maureen and use Kenya Bush Track Safari services along with our best driver Denis.
We forgot to count days, time and enjoyed every breath. In my opionion that how superb organization should work, thank you guys for experience, you are amazing team. Looking forward for another advanture very soon.

Friendly, honest and amazing
5/5

Our safari experience in Nairobi, Kenya was absolutely unforgettable from start to finish. Everything was seamlessly organized, making the trip completely stress-free and enjoyable. Great value for money, unfortunately our evening game drive was cancelled due to the rains and floods and Maureen immediately refunded us.

We were picked up directly from the airport, which was such a relief after a long journey. From there, our adventure began with a visit to Nairobi National Park, where we had the incredible opportunity to see wildlife in such a unique setting. We saw so many different animals including Lions which were walking around vehicle. We also visited the elephant orphanage, which was a truly heartwarming experience, and got to see giraffes and feed them at the giraffe sanctuary.

A huge highlight of the trip was our tour guide. He was amazing- friendly, patient, and incredibly flexible throughout. He even waited for us while we had lunch, never rushing us and always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His kindness and professionalism really elevated the entire experience.

Special thanks to Maureen, who was exceptional from the very beginning. She was highly organized, always in contact with us, and took care of all the details, including booking our hotels. Upon arrival, she even gifted us safari water bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and that we felt comfortable at all times. We were on a very tight schedule as we needed to get down the coast in kenya for a wedding however Maureen was able to put together an incredible itinerary for us, meeting all our needs.

Overall, this safari was perfectly planned and executed with genuine care and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kenya!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff giving one the best experience.
5/5

A well organized tour that started in the north, through the center of Kenya to the south. The nature, animals and bird life changed over thr country and gave gave many good opportunities to experience and take photos of the different ecosystems.

Our guid was very knowledgeable and expanded my knowledge of Kenya, from nature, to local cultures and everyday life.

Fantastic 7-day Samburu 'Special Five' to 'Big Five' Safari
5/5

We started our 7-day Safari in Samburu, then over Aberdare, Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara. All places had very different highlights, and it was an overall fantastic experience! I can highly recommend this tour!
We enjoyed the low season (none of the places were crowded), and the weather was great (not too hot, and we never got wet!).
Thank you to Kenya Bush Tracks Safari! Our guide Eric was great! And Maureen in the office was fantastic! I wish everyone in the world was as friendly as the people in Kenya!
The biggest highlight is difficult to choose, but my vote goes to Samburu, with the 'Special 5' and an amazing number of birds!
Thank you for a very special trip, which we will remember for a very long time!

Lovely people bringing to their guest an unforgettable nature experience.
5/5

Maureen is a star and a good communicator - quick to respond, answer questions and give good advice. A super friendly person.
Erik is a super, calm and experienced driver, which is critically important in Kenya. Good at multitasking - drive, spot, communicate, and keep his guests happy. Our day trip in the Masai-Mara was 11 hours with a short lunch break. It was a super experience (very glad not being here during migration ... rather tourist overflow), but we were tired and how must Erik have felt.
At the top of my list is Samburu NP and the different antelopes to South Africa, PLUS all the birding here in Kenya.

We originally thought we would do a self-drive tour with camping, but this was not just much more relaxing and comfortable, it was also economically a good deal, reliable, and safe. We gladly recommend Kenya Bush Track Safaris.

Excellent service provided! Completely taken care of, from A to Z
5/5

We were collected from out accommodation in Riverside by our driver Erick, who was already waiting for us, greeting us with a great smile and enthusiasm. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and booked a private safari.
We drove to the main entrance of the national park which went smooth and effortless. A spotter joined us at that point too. When the rooftop came off, the adventure started! And what a start! First animals we spotted were a lion and lioness pair! We continued the game drive for nearly 3 hours and spotted many mammals and birds. Erick had a great eye for details and was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. He also arranged for our lunch and took us to a picnic spot in the park; it was scary and exciting at once. I jokingly said to my boys that a leopard could jump us at any moment!
We continued the game drive and spotted another lion pair (our luck!) and a group of hippopotamus in a pond as well. At the end we were tired and exhausted from all the excitement, but our guide made sure we were comfortable all the way. 10 out of 10 would recommend to others. We saw more in 1 day than most see in 3 days!

Memories to last a lifetime.......
5/5

We travelled as a family of nine to Samburu National Park and Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
This was our third safari with Ronnie at Kenya bush track safaris, and our first time bringing the children, the youngest who is 5.
It was an amazing experience for all of us. We saw incredible wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and giraffes, just to name a few.
Being so close to wildlife in their natural habitat is truly remarkable, making close eye contact with a bull elephant is something I will never forget!!!
The safari trucks are clean, comfortable and well maintained with fresh water available at all times.
We would highly recommend Ronnie and the Kenya Bush Track Safaris team. They showed nothing but professionalism and passion throughout the trip and made the whole experience special for our family.

Asante sana Ronnie.........

An excellent company, that I will use again
5/5

This was my 50th Safari in 10 different countries.
I have used the company before and knew they were excellent. That is why I choose them for this Safari adventure. It was a visit to Kampi ya simba in Kora National Park . This is a wild and little visited place . Every aspect of the trip was excellent. It was well organised and comfortable, I felt safe at all times . The driving and food were also excellent. The best thing I can say is i plan to use this company again . I thoroughly recommend them.
