Wonderful experience
Everything was very well organised, from transfers to accommodation and activities, we did not have to worry about a thing.
Africa Incoming was always reaching out to us to check if everything was going smoothly.
We had the package of 7 days/6 nights starting in Victoria Falls Zimbabwe, Chobe and Okavango Delta in Botswana.
We sure enjoyed our stay in Africa and we highly recommend Africa Incoming.

Great experience with Africa Incoming organizing our tour in South Africa April 2026
Our group of 10 from Bulgaria had an amazing trip to South Africa with Africa Incoming in April 2026. Everything was well organized. Nelly, the travel coordinator, was very well organized. She did everything possible to meet our needs and wishes. She was highly responsive, answering our emails almost immediately. Her suggestions for the itinerary were very interesting, so we gladly took advantage of them.
We loved Cape Town (Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront) and the Cape Peninsula, including Boulders Beach. Our local guide, Shuaib, was caring and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to meet our needs. We are truly very thankful to Shuaib for his kindness and excellent driving and guiding skills.
The Kruger safari and Panorama Route (God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes) were unforgettable. Overall, we highly recommend Africa Incoming and Nelly as a tour coordinator for anyone wanting a great mix of scenery, wildlife, and culture in South Africa. We recently booked our vacation through AFRICA INCOMING , and it exceeded our expectations. The team carefully understood our preferences and created a personalized itinerary that covered all the must-visit places.
The accommodations were comfortable, transportation was punctual, and the overall experience was seamless.
Our guide Mr. Feldie was truly memorable. From the very beginning, he was friendly.
He is very knowledgeable and well-organized, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. His deep understanding of the history and culture of each place added so much value, turning simple sightseeing into a meaningful experience.
The game drive in Kruger was definitely the highlight, and the arrangements were seamless. Transfers were always on time, and the team was very responsive whenever we needed assistance. It felt like every detail was taken care of.
For AFRICA INCOMING safety and comfort were also clearly a priority for us. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our trip memorable. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others too.

Outstanding Toir
Highly communicative and helpful from the outset, our 10 day South Africa tour was truly truly the holiday of a lifetime!
I have travelled a lot over the last 40 years, but the arrangements put in place by Nelly were flawless. The standard of our safari - particularly with Legend Safari and at the Elephant Plains Lodge - weee excellent, with close (very very close) ups of the. big 5 and more. The service and food at Elephant Plains was also first class.
A small hiccup with drivers in Cape Town was quickly and efficiently sorted out by Nelly who was most responsive. The only slight surprise was the additional 165 ISD added to the tour for fuel costs which seems a little high, but I guess we have Mr Trump to thank for that…
Overall, this will be a holiday we will remember for many years and I have no hesitation in recommending Incoming Africa. A HUGE thanks to Nelly and the team…..!!
