Unforgettable Safari with Spectacular Guides, with Some Room for a few improvements.
We recently booked our honeymoon safari with Josero. While there were some bumps in the early planning stages, the moment we landed in Africa, the hospitality and service on the ground were wonderful, and we came away with incredible, lifelong memories. Judith, Henry and Moses were our first point of contact, very kind and helpful.
The Highlights: Exceptional Service in our Kenya and Tanzania Safari.
The absolute best part of our trip was the team on the ground. From our very arrival, everyone treated us so warmly, and communication was smooth throughout.
A massive thank you and a "big bravo" to our guides, Charles and Regan. They were truly amazing! proactive, attentive, respectful, and so knowledgeable. Thanks to their dedication, we had beautiful, memorable experiences every single day, and we absolutely loved our time with them. They are the true heart of this company!
Suggestions for Improvement:
While the trip itself turned out beautifully, there were a few logistical details during the planning and booking process that could have been handled a bit more smoothly:
-Pre-Trip Logistics & Communication: Early on, there was a bit of confusion regarding our itinerary and lodge/camp reservations. When original options were booked out, the initial alternatives offered didn't quite match the same level, so I ended up spending quite a bit of time researching comparable options myself. It all worked out perfectly in the end, but a bit more proactive management during the booking phase would have saved some stress.
-Honeymoon Special Touches: Because this was our honeymoon, we were hoping for a slightly more romantic or celebratory feel throughout the journey. Only two of the five lodges we stayed at acknowledged the special occasion with a small detail in the room, and we realized our guides hadn't been notified about it either. A little more internal communication about special milestones would go a long way!
-Vehicle Upkeep: One of the vehicles could have used a little extra maintenance, as the windows were quite difficult to slide open and close. This made capturing quick photos of the wildlife a bit tricky at times. That said, our guide was incredible and did everything he humanly could to fix it for us on the spot, which we deeply appreciated.
Final Thoughts:
In the end, the warmth and service we experienced in Africa made for a wonderful trip. Thanks to the spectacular care from Charles and Regan, it all came together beautifully. With just a bit more attention to the pre-planning logistics and special client milestones, Josero would be flawless.

They arranged everything perfectly and all staff are experienced for safari.
Before I arrived in Kenya, I looked for the agency about the schedule and quotes,cuz I am from China,sometimes it is hard to access the WhatsApp,but the staff Judith replied me promptly by WeChat,we have a nice beginning.
Our guide and driver Robert stayed with us along the trip,he is very experienced to find animals,we saw all animals these 3days.the amazing thing is he has good eyesight to search for them even 10m far. We are so lucky with him.my mom and me so satisfied with this safari trip.

A tour operator that gets things sorted quickly and makes booking easy.
We had an amazing experience with Josero Tours and Safaris. Communication was excellent throughout the trip — Judith checked in with us every evening to make sure everything had gone well and that we were happy with the experience.
Our driver was very professional, friendly, and reliable, and even lunch on the way back was included, which was a really nice touch. The service overall exceeded our expectations, especially our stay at Emayian Luxury Camp, where everything was outstanding.

Unforgettable Safari
We had a wonderful safari experience arranged by Henry Raila, who was exceptionally professional and attentive throughout the planning process. He handled our itinerary changes with great understanding and ensured that all accommodations were secured smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Josero Tours and Safari in Kenya. All the planning was done remotely but phone calls and emails in response to our questions were very prompt and accommodating. We were met at the airport right on time by Mr. Henry and Mr. Charles even though our plane travel was delayed by a day.
All details of our trip were well in hand. Our transport took us straight to the Mara Triangle hotel, the Serena Mara Lodge, a 6.5 hour adventure through the countryside. Our hotel was 50 km inside the park gates on a hill overlooking a wide view of the savanna. Everything we could have needed was anticipated.
Our driver and safari guide for three days was Mr. Charles. He was knowledgeable and was able to locate and identify many animals in the 510 square kilometer park. We found zebra, wildebeest, warthog, gazelles, impalas and all kinds of variety of antelope. We found lionesses on the hunt as well as jackal, hyena and all manner of large and small birds. We even saw a male lion and lion cubs hidden under brush.
I definitely recommend a safari experience with Josero Tour and Safari!!

Lawi was the best!
This safari was truly the trip of a lifetime! We explored the Masai Mara, Amboseli, and Lake Nakuru before ending with two perfect days relaxing at Diani Beach—such an incredible mix of adventure and unwind time.
We were lucky enough to see all of the Big 5, and every game drive felt like something out of a documentary. The food was consistently great, and the hotels were comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully chosen.
A huge highlight of the trip was our driver, Lawi—he was absolutely excellent. Knowledgeable, kind, and always making sure we had the best views and experiences. He truly made the safari unforgettable.
Booking with the Josero team was easy and seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and their staff made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
What stood out most, though, was the kindness of the people. Every place we went, we were welcomed so warmly—it made the entire journey even more special.

The best customised safari experience we could have wanted.
The safari experience was wonderful. Our guide Charles was personable, knowledgeable, a safe driver and was respectful of the animals and the environment. We spent three nights in the Maasai Mara and one night at Lake Nakuru and passing back to Nairobi through Lake Naivasha. The wildlife was amazing. I couldn't believe the number and variety of animals we saw, which was thanks to Charles who was patient and persistent in the search. For bird lovers the boat ride on Lake Naivasha is a must.
The hotels we stayed at were very good. We stayed at Sarova Lodge in the Maasia Mara and Sopa Lodge in Nakuru. Both were excellent, great food which accommodated the game drives schedules. The rooms were very comfortable.
Henry arranged our trip, he was clear and responsive in communication. He was very flexible in adjusting to our priorities. He also gave extremely good advice in trip planning.
