Amazing experience!
We recently booked a safari with Savannnah sound safaris, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip! Everything exceeded our expectations, but what truly set them apart was their exceptional care and dedication.
Our guide was simply wonderful—so warm, professional, and knowledgeable. He made every game drive engaging and ensured we felt comfortable the entire time.
However, the defining moment of their outstanding service happened when we accidentally left our headphones behind at the hotel. By the time we realized it, we were already on the completely opposite side of the country! We thought they were gone for good, but the team went completely above and beyond. They coordinated logistics to get our headphones delivered all the way to us, turning what could have been a frustrating mistake into a minor miracle.
It is rare to find a company that cares this deeply about its travelers long after the bookings are done. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring safari operator, look no further!

The safari and the stay experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we started, everything was well organised and the team made sure we had a memorable experience.

The game drives were incredible, and getting to see the wildebeest migration and wildlife up close was truly unforgettable. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and made the experience even more enjoyable by explaining the animals, their behaviour, and the surroundings.
The entire safari was well planned by Patricia , and we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the trip. Seeing the beauty of the kenya in person was something we’ll always remember.

A professional and flexible safari company that truly cares about its guests.
I was looking for a 2-day safari to Amboseli when I came across Savannah Sound Safaris and noticed that they had great reviews on several online platforms. After experiencing the safari myself, I can honestly say that the reviews don’t lie.
From the planning stage to the end of our trip, we really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help us with what we wanted to do. They made it possible for us to do our desired activity when we got back to Nairobi, even though it was not part of the normal itinerary. That effort was greatly appreciated. They also made sure that our ride to the airport was smooth since our flight was later in the evening. What better way to do it than by arranging the transfer with one of the nicest people we met in Kenya, Charles.
A special thank you to Patricia. She was awesome! Very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. She was always helpful and patient in answering all my questions, and I really appreciated how easy she made the whole planning process.
Isaac was our guide, and we really enjoyed having him with us. He was fun to talk to, and our long drives from Nairobi to Amboseli and back were never boring. He was also very informative and listened to what we were hoping to see during our time in Amboseli. He is also a very safe and confident driver, which made the long journeys much more comfortable for us.
We were lucky enough to see a cheetah shortly after arriving at the reserve, and we also managed to see what we had specifically come to Amboseli hoping to find — Tee-Jay, one of the famous super-tuskers. 🐆🐘

Great Service
We had a wonderful safari experience and would like to thank the whole team for making our trip so enjoyable.
Our driver-guide was very kind, professional, and an excellent, safe driver throughout the trip. We especially appreciated his flexibility and his efforts to make the most of our time in each park. He was very accommodating and always tried to give us the best opportunities possible to see the wildlife, which we really appreciated.
One suggestion we would offer to the company for future tours is to share a more detailed written itinerary beforehand outlining what guests should expect to see in each park. It would also be great to provide more in-depth information about the parks, nature, and animals prior to or during the trip, giving travelers deeper insights to better guide their understanding and appreciation of the experience.
Overall, we had a fantastic trip and came away with wonderful memories. Thank you to our driver-guide and the entire team for a great experience!

The best honeymoon trip, only once in a lifetime
My wife and I decided to go on a safari trip for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be the best experience.
After deciding to travel with Savannah Sound Safaris, we were able to create the perfect itinerary with Patricia’s help. And the five-night, six-day journey with Nicholas was an unforgettable memory.
Fortunately, with Nicholas, our best driver and guide, we were able to see lions and leopards, cheetahs, hippos, and rhinos, as well as all the Big 5 animals on the safari, and our accommodation was also assigned to a cozy place where we could all rest comfortably. The long time on the road was also very helpful in understanding Kenya, along with his thorough explanations.
We thank everyone who helped make this trip possible, and we recommend choosing this travel agency for those considering a trip.

Amazing from start to finish
From our initial contact with Savannah Sound Safaris we were impressed with Patricia. She responded promptly and was professional and extremely helpful.
Once we arrived in Nairobi that professionalism continued with our guide Duncan. He was extremely well organized and ensured our safari went smoothly. He was polite and knowledgeable. He was an excellent driver and kept us safe. He showed us so many animals and shared so much information about them. He also told us about the country and the people and was always willing to answer all of our questions.

Absolutely amazing!!
Our safari with Savannah Sound Safaris was absolutely amazing! When we first enquired about maybe doing a safari Patricia reached out to us personally and explained everything to us. It was because of her that we decided to take the leap and come to Kenya. She worked with us to plan the perfect safari, answering all of our questions along the way.
Once we arrived in Nairobi we were met by our guide Duncan who was amazing. He was polite, professional, considerate and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to show us so many different animals and share knowledge about them all. We were lucky enough to see the big five which was a dream come true. You could really tell how passionate Duncan was about the animals and their wellbeing. He also took time to tell us about Kenya, the people and some of the culture which we really appreciated.

Very serviceminded company and really competent driver
It was very easy to communicate with the owner of the company. He was flexible and always serviceminded. Then we met the driver Nicholas and he was the best driver you can get. He was so competent; knew where the animals could be, took us to special places, found animals others never found and he also told us much about the environment, the animals and about the society and the country. Always in a good mood. We could recommend Savannah sounds safari to everyone who wants a unique experience outside the big companies.
