Kiliclimb was first class in every aspect of our adventure and would recommend them to anyone!
5/5

Our experience Kiliclimb Africa Safaris was absolutely amazing!!! And yes … we summited and could not have done it without all the help and assurance of Kiliclimb Africa Safaris!

The communication from the outset was consistent and timely and very very helpful! They were extremely helpful in considering and planning our route to the summit. This was very important given our age and some of the physical challenges we both had but also we avoided exposure to cliffs due to one of us having a slight fear of heights and again yes we summited!

The accommodations before we departed were very good. The briefing (and gear check) by Moses Yohanes (and his team at Kili Climb Africa Safaris) and our fearless leader Raymond (Ray) the night before we departed was very detailed and reassuring. Moses stressed the keys to reaching the summit were to listen to your guides, follow yours guides pace (Pole-pole" is a Swahili term meaning "slowly" or "carefully,")- no racing- and communicate how you are feeling and don’t hide anything. Also they recommended taking Diamox (125mg per day) to prevent any altitude sickness - we would too as we had no symptoms.

Everything was done punctually and timely. Singing and dancing with the group from beginning to end.

During our expedition to Uhuru Peak through the Northern Circuit route we experienced so many unique experiences. The thing that stayed consistent was the outstanding level of care and planning that was evident each and every day! Ray was truly amazing! He put our care and experience first each and every moment! He asked how we were doing, how we were feeling, were we sleeping, were we enjoying the food. Such a great man. And our Assistant Guide Bosi was equally amazing as was our amazing chef Leka and our team of porters! We could not have made it without them and they made sure they did everything in their power to make sure we made it to the top!

Ray and Bosi also took time to point out unique things like animal tracks, animals, native plants, and tell us facts or stories about certain areas. It was all amazing!

Also Ray was flexible in terms timing and our needs and was able to modify the plan when needed and present us with options as those situations arose. We were in awe and amazement at how extremely well we were treated and considered every day. Moses, Ray, Bosi and team took personal interest in us and our experience.

This was the most physically and mentally demanding challenges we have ever faced. Make no mistake about it - this journey to the top is very hard but Kiliclimb Africa Safaris made it all possible.

Bottom line: if you want to have your safety, goals and price all a priority and if you want to have an amazing experience and have the best chance possible to make it to the top we would highly highly recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris!!! Really there is no other choice in our minds.

Ps - Moses also took time to help us arrange a visit to The Tanzanite Experience. Would recommend if you have time.

what a great !
5/5

We had an amazing 4-night, 5-day safari in Tanzania, and it exceeded our expectations.

Our guide, Logan, was knowledgeable, friendly, and always did his best to find wildlife while sharing interesting facts about the animals and nature. Thanks to him, we saw 4 of the Big 5 (everything except the leopard), along with many other incredible animals and breathtaking landscapes.

The entire trip was safe, well-organized, and unforgettable. If you’re planning a safari in Tanzania, we highly recommend asking for Logan as your guide.

Asante sana, Logan!

I definitely recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris!

Also, ask for Godson the Guide, great guy!

Kiliclimb were absolutely fantastic!
5/5

We had an absolutely lovely time with Kiliclimb Africa Safaris, enjoying their four day safari option. We were picked up from our hotel in Arusha at 6:30 on the first day and delivered to our guide, a man named Ludo. Ludo was fantastic and made the first three days of our tour an absolute dream as we explored the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, even getting the opportunity to visit a local Masai Tribe. We camped at two campsites while on the trip, both were clean and perfect for the budget safari option that we had chosen. Our chef for the trip was also fantastic, cooking up Swahili dishes tailored for our Western tastes. We were very well fed throughout the trip. After our three days of safari we were delivered back to Arusha where Kiliclimb met us in a hotel they had put us in. This was where we first met our guide for the next day at the Materuni Waterfall. His name was Godson and he was brilliant. Godson collected us from our hotel early and transported us to and from the waterfall while also expertly guiding us up and down the hour long track. Godson also took amazing photos which we will cherish for years to come. While at Materuni we also visited the Chagga Tribe as they showed us how they make coffee - this was a really underrated part of the trip that we really enjoyed.

Kiliclimb ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable experience throughout our time in mainland Tanzania and even assisted with us booking a trip to Zanzibar afterwards. I would strongly recommend people use Kiliclimb in the future, their personable touch made what would have been a good experience an amazing trip of a lifetime.

Small business, that take cares of visitors and the animals, and provides well prized safari
5/5

We booked a 3 days safari that started with Tarangire on day one, Ngorogoro on day 2 and Magnara lake on the last day. We met our guide Sadi in Arusha and then drive directly to the first park.
He was very attentive, responsive to our needs, and passionate about his work. He was able to provide us with a lot of information and did his best to help us see a wide variety of animals (not just the Big 5). At the same time, he was careful to respect the animals’ well-being. He spoke English very well and was able to make himself understood despite our limited proficiency. Since we were on our honeymoon, he gave us time alone with my wife without us even having to ask.
The lodges were comfortable, well-equipped, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Perfect organization, kind people, great experience.
5/5

I was solo traveling in Tanzania for five days. Everything was very well planned and organized.
I did a Safari tour and then a one day trip to Materuni waterfalls.
Both my guides, Joseph and Godson were fantastic. Very kind, very open to share information about Tanzania and answer all my questions.
They made sure everything was running smoothly and we had a great experience.
Especially Godson, we went to the Materuni waterfalls the day of my birthday and he went above and beyond to ensure the day will be special for me.
I am really grateful for all the time spent in Tanzania. The kindness of the people and the beauty of the country will always be in my heart.
Thank you Kiliclimb for a great experience. Thank you Godson, Joseph and Severina for making this trip truly special.

A place that provides an unforgettable experience with friendly service ✨
5/5

We chose this tour company for our honeymoon.
It was a choice with no regrets ☺️

The guide 'Terry' was soooo kind.
The best service provider.
The best guide! 😊👍🏻

He worked really hard to find the animals. And he was touched by the meticulousness of constantly checking if we were in good condition.

It was nice to reply really quickly when I inquired. They also provided me with reasonable estimates and schedules so that I could stay in the accommodation I wanted.

It was a honeymoon that I really hoped for, and I was able to come back very happily and satisfactorily thanks to Kiliclimb 🫶🏻❤️

If you want a trip without regrets, I recommend this tour! ✨

*We offered a tip of $25 a day as a token of appreciation.
This is not a requirement, so please keep that in mind.

An absolute must-do day trip in Moshi – flawless end-to-end experience!
5/5

Our day trip to the Materuni Waterfall and coffee farm was an absolute highlight and executed flawlessly from start to finish.

The entire experience was perfectly coordinated. Our driver arrived early, setting a fantastic tone for a highly organized and stress-free day. The drive out from Arusha was smooth, and upon arriving at the village, we were met by an incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable local guide.

The hike to the waterfall takes about 40 minutes each way through beautiful, lush scenery and local farms. The trail can be a bit muddy and slick, but our guide paced everything perfectly and ensured we had great footing. Reaching the base of the massive 260-foot waterfall was spectacular—the mist and views are well worth the walk.

After the hike, the traditional coffee-making experience with the local village team was unforgettable. The energy, singing, and dancing during the mashing and roasting process were incredibly fun and authentic. Getting to drink a cup of fresh, organic coffee that we helped brew, followed by a delicious local lunch, was the perfect conclusion to the mountain excursion.
If you are staying in the Arusha or Moshi area and want a seamless, high-energy, and culturally rich day trip, this is an absolute must. Highly recommended!
