Very helpful and caring
We went to Kenya with the whole family and lenus organised the whole trip from safari to beach and it was excellent he kept us informed during the trip and everything went smoothly I will definitely use him again and recommend to friends and family

Excellent service, communication and reliability!
We booked an incredible family trip to Kenya, bringing together three generations for what we hoped would be the holiday of a lifetime. Our goal was to ensure that everyone was well looked after and could enjoy the experience, and it truly exceeded all our expectations.
Linus, our tour operator, was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to understand our needs, budget, and preferences, and put together a fantastic itinerary with carefully selected accommodation and the perfect trip duration. He was incredibly flexible and responsive throughout the planning process.
Every aspect of the trip was seamlessly organised, including transportation, park entrance fees, accommodation, and additional activities. Everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We felt safe and well supported throughout our time in Kenya, and Linus regularly checked in to ensure we had arrived safely at each destination and were enjoying our experience.
We greatly appreciated not only his expertise in planning our holiday but also his excellent communication, guidance, and personal attention throughout the journey. This was truly a five-star experience, and I cannot recommend Linus and the Personalised Tours and Safaris team highly enough.
They are simply the best, and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future trips to Kenya. Thank you for helping create such wonderful family memories that we will treasure forever.

Well organized, attentive, spectacular resorts and itinerary with lots of closeup animal viewings!
We needed a safari to fit into specific dates and Linus was able to accomodate us beautifully. We had the landcruiser all to ourselves which was very nice and roomy. Issac, our driver was very experienced at finding animals and knowing their movements so we had many choice opportunities for closeup encounters. For only having 6 days the route and reserves we saw gave us plenty of animals. Issac knew every bird and mammal we saw. He was determined to show us the Big Five and he did! I would definitely recommend Personalized Tours and Safaris. They can put together at a much lower cost a great trip for you. I would recommend staying at least 2 nights at each location because they are all so nice and you want to have some time to enjoy the resorts and pools. June was a good month as we had no mosquitoes and the weather was mild. It was a magical trip to Africa!

Isaac was great!
I am so glad someone told us about this tour group! They were one of the only ones that would pick us up at Lifeway! Much appreciated! Linus was very friendly also. I delt with him regarding payment! We saw so many animals! We had an all day tour so was able to see elephants! We had already went to the giraffe sanctuary so we went to the house that the story Out of Africa was about! Would definitely recommend this group! Excellent in every way!

Our tour guide was polite, respectful and knowledgeable and lodge booking done professionally.
Having lived in Kenya all my life, I highly recommend PT&S for their professional service. I have used them on several occasions instead of going on my own as you get to see more of the wildlife then you would otherwise. The tour drivers have the knowledge of the parks and animal behaviour and they communicate with other guides to give you every chance of seeing a variety of wildlife.

Linus who owns and operates Personalized Tours and Safaris has been taking care of me in Kenya since 2011 and I always go back to him because of his exceptional service, his flexible and professional approach and his ability to cater for all my requests and requirements.
On top of this his team of drivers and guides are second to none, extremely good drivers with no incidents of note in 15 years and as many trips. Plus, their wildlife and local knowledge is exceptional and they have an uncanny skill of knowing the best locations to go and seem to anticipate where the animals will be.
Linus's prices are very competitive compared to other companies and the value is astonishing!
I can truly say that I have never been disappointed when on safari with Personalized Tours and Safaris.
