Professional
So I got paired with Mr Yasin few days ago and tell you I enjoyed the tour. He was professional and made it easy to enjoy the tour. I did enjoy the later part of my tour and my tour guide was excellent.

We saw all the animals and learned so much about Africa
This was such a great experience. Or guide, Amos, was amazing. He new where to find any animal, how to respectfully observe them, and pointed out so many interesting things about where we were and what we saw. I would definitely go with them again!

One stop solution . Reliable and Excellent.
We had an amazing Maasai Mara adventure with Axis Africa! From beginning to end, everything was seamless and well organized. Jacklyne took care of all the planning and booking details, making the entire experience completely stress-free. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our stay at no additional charge, which gave us an extra touch of comfort and luxury.
A special shoutout to our wonderful guide, Jackson Githinji, who was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and made our Maasai Mara experience truly memorable. Everything was taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Axis Africa, Jacklyne, and Jackson!

He is helpful
1. the schedule is not well planned, for a 7day trip, we spent almost 3days only driving on the road to another place.
2. there was one day, one of the passenger was sick, so we had to stop on the road for 2 hours for her to take rest, and i asked the travel agent to send another car and someone else to take her to the hospital, and the travel agent simply didnt do anything. so all other passengers wasted their time doing nothing.
3. everyday, the trip started at around 9:00am, and finishes at 16:00pm, this is the period where the temporature is quite high, so the animals are hiding, it means, we would not see as much animals as possible, it is much smarter to start earlier or finish later, so that more can be seen.
4. and the tour guide didn't remind us that there is some extra activities like ballon and Helicopter, so i missed these activities.
5. the guide is not good at English, so i wouldn't understand him most of time. and also he didn't really introduce much about the living habits of the animals

Great experience with Axis
We booked a four-day safari with Axis and had a wonderful time! We ran into a problem with our flights that caused us to miss the first day, but we contacted Asia, who always responded promptly to help us find a new solution. In the end, we decided to upgrade to a private tour by paying the difference, and it was an excellent choice. Our guide, Kel, was fantastic! With him, we managed to see so many animals and all of the Big 5 across the two parks (Masai Mara and Nakuru). He answered our countless questions and was always kind and accommodating with our requests. He gave us a 10/10 experience!! Plus, we had water available in the jeep, which turned out to be incredibly useful!
At Masai Mara, we stayed at the Sankare tented camp. It’s a bit basic (electricity is limited to a few hours a day), but if you adjust a little, it has everything you need to be comfortable (for example, there’s hot water all day). Almost all the staff are very welcoming and pleasant, and the food is great.
At Lake Nakuru, we stayed at the Buhara Hotel; here, too, the warm welcome from the staff makes all the difference. The rooms are small but modern, the food is delicious here as well, and there’s even a pool. Finally, the stop at Lake Naivasha includes some touristy activities like a walking safari, but we enjoyed them—and in any case, they’re optional. We don’t recommend the stop at the Masai village—which we didn’t like because it was a bit too touristy and not worth the price, considerino also the pressure if you decide to buy souvenirs (which you’re not forced to)—but this excursion is optional, Axis offers it as an option, which is still appreciated because some people might actually enjoy it more.
Overall, we recommend Axis for their prompt service, for the lodge/hotel accommodations considering the value for money, and above all for our guide Kel, whom we thank once again warmly! The tour can be paid for in cash or online by credit card, with a small 3.5% fee.

Very good organization
Jackson, our guide, was incredible, always attentive to everything. We had a health issue, and he was always by our side. He went out of his way to accommodate the entire group and our specific needs throughout the safari. We were able to see the Big Five up close thanks to his expertise. The hotels could be improved, and the food was quite average.
