Great adventure with full package adventure
We were a group of 7 person and had great time in Tanzania accompanied by our guide Max. It was exciting round road trip filled with wild life mind blowing surprises , switching camps and hotels daily and yummy food. We were extremely lucky to witness migration and around 4000 plus wildbeast river crossing after 4 hours long wait. Wilbeth had organised it well and had been in contact continuously through out the trip. We had to face vehicle break down while driving back from Ngorongoro and alternate arrangements were made by Wilbeth and Max in less than 30min.
We were travelling from Swiss and had luggages that didn’t fit in the pick up van and had to keep some baggage’s on our lap from Kilimanjaro airport to hotel which is roughly 2 hrs drive and also back to airport from hotel. We had informed in advance about the luggage’s but this was unfortunately missed out in the planning. Secondly all the luggage’s didn’t fit in the vehicle too during safari as we are changing locations every day. Therefore we had to make alternate arrangements to keep the luggage in locker room and pick it up on last day which was inconvenience for us.

We had an absolutely wonderful African safari experience. The tour was excellently planned and managed, with every detail taken care of beautifully. As a family, this was truly one of our best vacations ever, filled with unforgettable memories. A big thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!. Each and every person of the tour group were very helpful and made it a point to make our trip the best. Special thanks to Judith for not only giving us such memorable trip but whatever hurdle we encountered due to the baggage delay was completely taken care by her. Any African tour is incomplete without a good guide and Max was simply the best. He was very careful and took care of us like his own family. Strongly recommend Max as a guide friend and a person who will make sure u have the best of your time

To good to be true
The trip with Festo was spectacular. While the viewing of wildlife and the big 5 exceeded all our expectations, and lodging was great, our guide Festo made sure everything went smoothly and every request was met and exceeded. Festo was not just personable but extremely knowledgeable!

Customer obsessed
We were helped, supported by amazing team. Judith who was my main contact was extremely responsive for all my questions. She would respond even on weekends at odd hours. Totally customer obsessed. Not only she took care of all reservations, diet etc, the biggest help was the way she and her team followed up on delayed and lost baggage by airlines. With limited time and high probably of not starting out your on time , she made sure she took the entire responsibility to make us stress free and comfortable by following up with airlines and airport authorities. She was always available and addressed our change request ( which was quite frequent), the team treats you like family and friends. Max was our tour guide and driver. Felt like whole Arusha knows him. Extremely friendly, never rushed into any part of the program. Max also knew faster routes and was GPS for many other drivers 😂. Amazing eyesight on picking animals from a distance.

A unique and incredible experience that everyone should have at least once in their lifetime!
Everything was absolutely perfect! The organization of the trip and the itinerary were thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. All the lodges where we stayed were wonderful, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent food. The activities were also very well organized down to the smallest detail and were extremely interesting.
We also had the opportunity to bring some things with us to give to the children (clothes, games and school maturil), and our guide gave us the chance to personally hand them out to the kids. This was an experience that truly touched my heart and filled it with joy.
I would like to sincerely thank Devid for organizing the trip and for always being present, attentive, and helpful.
Last but certainly not least, I want to sincerely thank Max, our guide, for his patience, professionalism, and wonderful personality. Our safari would not have been the same without him.

I don’t speak English very well, so having a guide who speaks Italian so fluently was a huge help and allowed me to fully enjoy and understand the experience.

More Than a Safari 💙🇹🇿
Travelling with my family, we were lucky to have Innocent and Festo with us throughout our safari. From the very first day, we felt an immediate connection with them.
Innocent was an amazing guide: he speaks Italian very well, is incredibly knowledgeable and, above all, has such a warm and lovely personality. Festo was a fantastic driver, always careful, patient and attentive to everything around us.
The lodges were wonderful, almost like little pieces of paradise, with beautiful rooms and fantastic food.
But beyond the safari and the incredible places we visited, what we will remember most is the time we spent together. We laughed, danced, sang and shared so many special moments that by the end it felt like we were travelling with friends.
It was much more than a safari it was a truly special experience that I will carry in my heart forever. 💛💛

We travelled as a family, but by the end of the trip it felt like we had become a bigger family
The safari was amazing, but what made it truly special was the relationship we built with them. We sang songs together, shared meals and laughed so much. They made us feel like family rather than just tourists.
Everything was perfectly organized, communication was excellent and we always felt safe and well looked after.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this tour operator and would highly recommend them!
We first contacted them via WhatsApp, and David immediately helped us create the perfect safari, taking the time to understand what we wanted to see and experience. In just one week, we managed to combine an incredible safari with a visit to Arusha and a wonderful experience in a Maasai village.
The safari itself was beyond our expectations. We were lucky enough to see all the animals we had hoped for, and every day was an unforgettable experience.
Our guide, Innocent, was fantastic. He speaks Italian very well and is extremely knowledgeable, not only about the animals and their biology, but also about Tanzania’s geography and history. He was always happy to answer our questions and made the whole experience even more interesting.
Festo was our driver and he was excellent. You can immediately tell that he has many years of experience driving on safari. He was incredibly skilled, attentive and made us feel safe throughout the entire trip.
The lodges were beautiful, the food was very good, and everything was organized perfectly.
