Our every need was taken care of.
Jonsbert made sure we were safe and taken care of even when we were stuck in the wrong country because of a strike. Once we started the safari, I felt like Imani's only goal, was to be sure we were happy, and getting the experience we wanted. Till the end we were sad to give goodbye hugs, because Imani had become our friend. He made us laugh, but also taught us alot. I would recommend to everyone!

AWESOME!!!!
This was the best group ever. We had a very big problem at the airport with an ongoing airport strike and they helped us all the way through. Then we got to our Tour guide Imani!! He was the best guide. He put us on animals closer than I could of ever imagined. He even put us in position to see a lion stalk, chase down, and kill a zebra. We were mere yards away from it!!! It was a once in a lifetime sight and all because of Imani we got to experience it. If you are going to do a safari in Africa, you have to use this company. Full Package Adventures is the real deal!

Great Safari exeperience!
I did a 4-day Safari and it was all planned with Devid from Full Package Safari! I had already done my research, so I just went to him with my plan, which he certified it would be possible. We did central and North Serengeti, as well as Ngorongoro creater.
Our guide during the 4 days was Hillary, which we were lucky to be assigned with him. We were able to see all the big 5, as well as Zebras, giraffes, elephants and everything else. We also caught a lion hunt, lions sharing a Zebra,the great migration crossing the Mara river! Hillary was also fun to hang out with and we chatted over numerous topics!
On the last day, after Ngorongoro we had to go straight to the airport and we were a bit worried about missing out flight to Zanzibar but arriving 1hr before the plane departed was enough.
Overall a great experience, specially for all the things we saw!
The places we stayed were also nice, specially Nakupenda

Festo was the besto!
4 of us had the time of our lives. Festo was a perfect guide. How he spotted animals and drove at the same time was remarkable. We saw all the big 5! Stayed in luxurious accommodations and enjoyed every minute. Festo made us feel comfortable and safe and worked beyond our expectations to make this a rememberable trip. Saw a female lion in the morning just outside our room at the amazing Manyara Serena Lodge who was guarding her recent zebra kill. The area was guarded by staff to assure safety as the lion was surely waiting for her opportunity to enjoy a meal, but was a true example of the circle of life. Note to self, do NOT leave your room alone after dark. Staff will safely guide you to dinner and back! Even got to hear lions quietly roar in the middle of the night at the KubudKubu tent camp. Very cool! Accommodations exceeded our expectations as did all the animals who came very close to our vehicle. Highly recommend without hesitation. Request Festo, he’s the besto!

We had an absolutely wonderful African safari experience. The tour was excellently planned and managed, with every detail taken care of beautifully. As a family, this was truly one of our best vacations ever, filled with unforgettable memories. A big thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!. Each and every person of the tour group were very helpful and made it a point to make our trip the best. Special thanks to Judith for not only giving us such memorable trip but whatever hurdle we encountered due to the baggage delay was completely taken care by her. Any African tour is incomplete without a good guide and Max was simply the best. He was very careful and took care of us like his own family. The trip with Festo was spectacular. While the viewing of wildlife and the big 5 exceeded all our expectations, and lodging was great, our guide Festo made sure everything went smoothly and every request was met and exceeded. Festo was not just personable but extremely knowledgeable!

Customer obsessed
We were helped, supported by amazing team. Judith who was my main contact was extremely responsive for all my questions. She would respond even on weekends at odd hours. Totally customer obsessed. Not only she took care of all reservations, diet etc, the biggest help was the way she and her team followed up on delayed and lost baggage by airlines. With limited time and high probably of not starting out your on time , she made sure she took the entire responsibility to make us stress free and comfortable by following up with airlines and airport authorities. She was always available and addressed our change request ( which was quite frequent), the team treats you like family and friends. Max was our tour guide and driver. Felt like whole Arusha knows him. Extremely friendly, never rushed into any part of the program. Max also knew faster routes and was GPS for many other drivers 😂. Amazing eyesight on picking animals from a distance.

A unique and incredible experience that everyone should have at least once in their lifetime!
Everything was absolutely perfect! The organization of the trip and the itinerary were thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. All the lodges where we stayed were wonderful, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent food. The activities were also very well organized down to the smallest detail and were extremely interesting.
We also had the opportunity to bring some things with us to give to the children (clothes, games and school maturil), and our guide gave us the chance to personally hand them out to the kids. This was an experience that truly touched my heart and filled it with joy.
I would like to sincerely thank Devid for organizing the trip and for always being present, attentive, and helpful.
Last but certainly not least, I want to sincerely thank Max, our guide, for his patience, professionalism, and wonderful personality. Our safari would not have been the same without him.
