Fast in replies and very flexible to customize our tour even in very short notice booking
With my husband we decided to go to a safari adventure in Tanzania very last minute. And even with short notice, Judith was very fast and gentle in her replies to all our questions and helped us customize the trip based on our specific interests and needs.
The communication was very clear and quick so it helped us decide to book with Full Package travels.
Our guide Max hosted us with his friendly and warm personality. He always kept a positive attitude even when we had small technical problem with the car. He solved it quickly on our lunch break and didn't let our safari excitement fade. He went the extra mile and made sure that we saw all the animals we were interested in seeing although they were as rare as cheetah and black rhino. We are happy to get to know him and grateful for his service.
Also, the luxury tents and lodges they booked for us were surprisingly good. We fell in love with the Classic View luxury tents in Serengeti and definitely recommend to check them out too.
5 full days of safari definitely wwas worth the price and had great time in this beautiful country as first time visitor.

Prepared, dedicated, passionate and joyful. (Very good driver as well)
We made a 5 days safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and everything worked very well. The original plan was to visit Manyara lake as well, but we asked to spend one more day in Serengeti instead and the agency were very helpful and customised the tour for us.
Even when we had a problem and broke the suspension of our car, in 3 hours the problem was solved and we managed to continue with our trip without any further problems.
We especially appreciated the quickness in responding our messages from Germany and the availability to customise the trip.
Last but not least, the choice of the accommodation was excellent, with a perfect mix between camping and lodges.
Our guide Max did a great job and went extra mile to satisfy our needs and desires.

Such a Great Safari
We just finished our 8 day safari and thanks to Festo we saw the best of Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorobgoro and Kilimandjaro. For sure, Festo the best guide we could have. Thanks to him we met the Big 5 and all the other animals ! Hope to come again in Tanzania and have Festo as guide

Amazing safari
Thanks to our wonderful guide and driver Festo, our safari in Tanzania was amazing. He always did his best to show us the animals and specifically the Big 5. I would definitely recommend his service for a safari in Tanzania

Communications from the office were quick and responsive from the start! Collection from the airport and transfers were all on time and staff were friendly! Our tour guide Festo was incredible and looked after us the whole way! The tour itself was everything we expected and more, an amazing effort was made to make sure we saw as much of the beautiful wildlife and locations as possible - we had some unforgettable encounters along the way! The tour operator specially Festo, our tour guide for four days, was fantastic!
Our safari in Tanzania was an absolute highlight of our trip, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Festo. From the very first day, he made us feel welcome, safe, and completely taken care of. His knowledge of the parks like Tarangire, Serengeti and even the Ngorongoro Crater and their wildlife, was truly impressive.
He had an incredible eye for spotting animals- we saw lions, elephants, leopards, and cheetahs to name a few , all thanks to his patience and experience.
