mediocre experience
Overall, a very mediocre experience with a few main issues:
1. The company tries to find the cheapest tickets, which resulted in schedule changes that reduced the safari time in both directions, as well as long layovers. Also, the organizers didn't buy the tickets immediately after receiving the prepayment, but waited another 3 weeks (presumably hoping to find cheaper tickets), which in my opinion is an unfair practice.
2. An extremely lazy driver who suggested heading to the camp as early as 4:00 PM. After I refused, he drove around the safari for another half hour and then, without a word or asking, took us to the camp and dropped us off at 5:00 PM—1.5 hours before sunset. Most other drivers came back around 6:00–6:30 PM. Also, before our flight, he dropped us off an hour earlier than scheduled, claiming he was only paid up to that time.
Minor drawbacks: Various smaller issues, such as a 5% extra fee when paying via a payment link instead of a bank transfer, unexpected USD notes demands on the penultimate day, and at the airport, for some reason, they met us with website nickname instead of our actual names (even though they had passport details).
On the plus side: A good camp.

Reliable, comfortable and excellent
From the beginning, the communication from tour organizer benson was excellent, responding to all kind of queries at any point of time.
The accomodation provided were good and comfortable. Festo our driver and guide was best in everything. He is responsible and commited to the job. We managed to witness best parts of safari because of his promptness and planning.
Strongly recommend.

Our guide Imani was exceptional, very accommodating and enthusiastic toward driving and sight seeing
Full package was great, Our driver Imani approached each day with good vibes and big smiles, we had lots of laughs. Our itinerary and accommodation was superb. The accommodation they provide was second to none. All humps and bumps along the road were smoothed out efficiently and affectively. Couldn’t recommend fullpackagetourcompany any more and forever grateful for the experience. 10/10

We are very happy with our safari. Devid provided excellent support during the planning process, and communication with him was outstanding.
Our guide, Kelvin, was very friendly and helpful, and always accommodated our wishes. We enjoyed fantastic wildlife sightings at Lake Natron and in the Ngorongoro Crater.
The visit to a Maasai village was also an extraordinary experience for us.

Incredible Safari with an Outstanding Guide, Though Booking Communication Could Be Smoother
We recently completed our safari and overall had an amazing experience that offered excellent value for money. The itinerary was well-planned, and the actual on-the-ground service during the tour was very good.The absolute highlight of our trip was our guide, Festo. He was incredibly reliable, highly knowledgeable, and deeply attentive throughout the entire tour. Festo went above and beyond to make sure we saw as much wildlife as possible while keeping us safe and informed. We couldn't have asked for a better guide.The only downside to our experience was the office administration. The team was not very attentive or proactive when it came to communications before the trip. We often had to follow up to get updates or answers to our questions, which caused some unnecessary stress during the planning phase.That being said, the high quality of the tour itself and Festo's exceptional guiding made it all worth it. We would still highly recommend this safari for anyone looking for a great experience at a fair price.

The itinerary, lodging and guide far exceeded our expectations
I am a self-proclaimed travel snob, and I’ll admit that I had pretty low expectations when I booked this trip. I was pleasantly surprised by every part of this trip! Our guide, Festo, was amazing! He knew so much about each animal we saw and was a great driver, navigating some pretty tricky situations like a pro! Before we arrived, I was worried that our accommodations would be dirty and full of bugs. I was pleasantly surprised! Each place we stayed was very clean, nice and bug-free! The WiFi worked great and there was great water pressure in the showers! The meals at each lodge far exceeded expectations too! There was a lot of variety and the breakfast buffets were amazing. I couldn’t recommend this company more! When I go back someday with my grandkids, I will use Full Package Adventures!

Very courteous, patient and helpful
We had the pleasure of working with Devid to plan our safari for a once in a lifetime visit back to Africa.
Devid was very patient and gave us multiple options and ideas on how best to make use of our time on safari.
He was able to tailor a package for us based on our needs.
On Safari, we had a guide called Victor and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, a great driver, funny and very hospitable. He really made an effort to make our safari great and made us feel very comfortable.
I would highly recommend Full Package Adventures. I would also highly commend and recommend Victor.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience
We had our safari organized through Full Package Adventures, and from the very beginning, everything went smoothly and perfectly.
Our contact person, Jonsbert, was absolutely wonderful. We booked our vacation very quickly, within approximately two days of first contacting him, because we immediately felt that we could trust him. He responded to our messages almost immediately, reads carefully our wishes, and adjusts the plans according to what we wanted. From day one.
Our guide, Babu, was also fantastic. He was extremely flexible, kind, and professional, and he made every day of our safari special. Thanks to him, we had an amazing time and created memories that we will never forget.
We also had a wonderful experience with Richard, our tourguide at Manyara. We absolutely loved the tour with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more memorable. We sincerely wish him a bright and successful future because he truly deserves it.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience with Full Adventure. Everything from the organization and accommodations to the guides and personal service was excellent.

Our every need was taken care of.
Jonsbert made sure we were safe and taken care of even when we were stuck in the wrong country because of a strike. Once we started the safari, I felt like Imani's only goal, was to be sure we were happy, and getting the experience we wanted. Till the end we were sad to give goodbye hugs, because Imani had become our friend. He made us laugh, but also taught us alot. I would recommend to everyone!

AWESOME!!!!
This was the best group ever. We had a very big problem at the airport with an ongoing airport strike and they helped us all the way through. Then we got to our Tour guide Imani!! He was the best guide. He put us on animals closer than I could of ever imagined. He even put us in position to see a lion stalk, chase down, and kill a zebra. We were mere yards away from it!!! It was a once in a lifetime sight and all because of Imani we got to experience it. If you are going to do a safari in Africa, you have to use this company. Full Package Adventures is the real deal!
