Great safari experience
We had a great safari trip and saw all the animals we wanted to see.
The picked accommodations were very nice, we enjoyed the stays there and also the car was big and well equipped.
Our driver was handy with mechanics since we had a flat tire twice but it didn’t stop us long!
Also the communication and help beforehand with the office was very good. The only disappointing thing we could mention is an unknown change of the itinerary which made us end up with less time in our desired places and less time for relaxation.

Incredible Safari with an Outstanding Guide, Though Booking Communication Could Be Smoother
We recently completed our safari and overall had an amazing experience that offered excellent value for money. The itinerary was well-planned, and the actual on-the-ground service during the tour was very good.The absolute highlight of our trip was our guide, Festo. He was incredibly reliable, highly knowledgeable, and deeply attentive throughout the entire tour. Festo went above and beyond to make sure we saw as much wildlife as possible while keeping us safe and informed. We couldn't have asked for a better guide.The only downside to our experience was the office administration. The team was not very attentive or proactive when it came to communications before the trip. We often had to follow up to get updates or answers to our questions, which caused some unnecessary stress during the planning phase.That being said, the high quality of the tour itself and Festo's exceptional guiding made it all worth it. We would still highly recommend this safari for anyone looking for a great experience at a fair price.

Great adventure with full package adventure
We were a group of 7 person and had great time in Tanzania accompanied by our guide Max. It was exciting round road trip filled with wild life mind blowing surprises , switching camps and hotels daily and yummy food. We were extremely lucky to witness migration and around 4000 plus wildbeast river crossing after 4 hours long wait. Wilbeth had organised it well and had been in contact continuously through out the trip. We had to face vehicle break down while driving back from Ngorongoro and alternate arrangements were made by Wilbeth and Max in less than 30min.
We were travelling from Swiss and had luggages that didn’t fit in the pick up van and had to keep some baggage’s on our lap from Kilimanjaro airport to hotel which is roughly 2 hrs drive and also back to airport from hotel. We had informed in advance about the luggage’s but this was unfortunately missed out in the planning. Secondly all the luggage’s didn’t fit in the vehicle too during safari as we are changing locations every day. Therefore we had to make alternate arrangements to keep the luggage in locker room and pick it up on last day which was inconvenience for us.

Full package agent Jonsbert was very kind and give us attention from the moment we were closing the package to till the last day of the safari.
We did 4 days Zanzibar which was great, only downside for me was the hotel didn’t serve alcohol(due to the religion) and we were not informed before, also the hotel looked empty, no entertainment from the staff, but hotel itself was great installation and in front of the beach.
Name hotel Smiles Beach hotel.
We went to Safari stayed first and last night in Arush at Amani Safari lodge which was nice and cozy, great food and nice staff then at the Safaris, our camps were great.
Serengeti Classic view camp(great staff and installations, recommend!) and Heritage Mara Camp( kind and attentive staff, entertainment in the evening at dinner but as it’s a immigration camp, installations are much simpler than the other one).
Our tour guide was Babuu who is super knowledgeable on the safari, made sure we have seen all animals, he was super patient with our millions photos and videos.
Always made sure we were having a great experience. We would recommend doing the safari with him.
I believe our package was great choice and good value for it.

Very nice experience. Our driver victor was extremely friendly and organised and knowledgeable about the wildlife. We visited tangieri park which was nice and 2 days in serengetti wery nice. Ngorogoro was ok and lake manyara ok. Accomodations also nice but first stop in serengetti did not provide enough food

Our 7-day, 6-night Tanzania safari was absolutely made by our guide, Festo!
He was consistently reliable throughout the entire trip, making sure we stuck to our schedule and got the most out of every game drive. We were thrilled to see all of the Big Five, and the highlight for us was when he helped us find a group of lions right at sunset—we got the most beautiful photos we’ve ever taken.
Festo is a true expert on the Serengeti, navigating every terrain with ease and never getting lost, even in the most remote areas. His driving is steady and skilled, and our car ran perfectly the whole time, unlike many others we saw on the road. He’s also such a kind person; he stopped multiple times to help other drivers with their broken-down cars.

I recently completed a 7-day, 6-night safari in Tanzania with Festo as our guide, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
From the very first day, Festo was incredibly responsible and made sure every part of our itinerary ran smoothly. We were lucky enough to spot all of the Big Five, and the most magical moment came on a sunset evening when we mentioned wanting to photograph lions in the golden light. He went out of his way to track down several lions for us, and we came away with some truly unforgettable photos.
His knowledge of the Serengeti is unmatched—he knows every road and hidden path like the back of his hand, and we never once got lost, even without clear landmarks. His driving skills are top-tier too; our vehicle didn’t have a single issue the entire trip, even as we saw many other cars breaking down along the way. What stood out most was his kindness: whenever he saw other drivers in trouble, he would stop to help them without hesitation.
This safari wouldn’t have been half as special without Festo. If you’re planning a Tanzania adventure, he is the guide to choose.

Clear/consistent communication and jam packed itinerary!
There is no better way to describe this package as one that will leave you feeling like you got your moneys worth! I am still in awe do everything we were able to fit into our 4 days/3 nights.
The hotel choices provided some of the best views we have seen, their incredible driver Max knew how to navigate each park and the communication leading up to the program was swift and consistent which was important me when wanting to feel confident in planning overseas travel.
They are a smaller/newer program which is clear and I hope to see them mature/grow with time as they uplevel their offerings to compete with some of the larger companies out there.

Amazing safari - 3 national parks with stunning scenery
The hotels were excellent; a safe in the room at the Eileen Tree Inn would have been a real plus.
Three national parks with diverse landscapes and fantastic highlights.
Food – the packed lunches were good, and the picnic areas were well chosen.

Good itinerary with competitive price and awesome guide. Terrible vehicle
Fredy was very helpful in putting together a good itinerary with requested hotels . Price was competitive and cheaper by a couple of hundred dollars . We stayed at the Elewana in Serengeti , Niyakani migration camp Ndutu and Melia in Ngorongo. Fredy however left and our trip was assigned to someone else who was not as responsive . Did not send flight tickets until requested on morning of transfer. Did not know that return transfer to airport was included until I sent a screen shot of the itinerary . Did honor it though
We had an amazing guide Festo who knew his way around the Serengeti and was great at spotting animals. 5 stars for a great guide
However vehicle was terrible. WiFi did not work. AC did not work which made for a terrible 2 days in the Ngorongo conservation area. Seats were shabby and the ride was uncomfortable. I discussed with other travelers in the lodges and looked at other companies vehicles which were in much better shape. In retrospect would have paid more for a comfortable ride . 2 out of 4 binoculars did not work and had broken lenses and the binoculars were dirty
Would recommend booking with them if they can promise a better vehicle. I am glad we did a fly in and drive back safari otherwise would have been terrible or maybe if we had started in this vehicle in Arusha we would have insisted on a change. We landed on Seronera and discovered this vehicle
