6-Day Safari Experience
Our 6-day safari experience with Nkollo Tours was absolutely amazing from the very first day to the last.
From the beginning, everything was very well organised. The communication before and during the safari was excellent, and we always felt that we were in good hands.
Day 1 – Arusha
We were warmly welcomed and everything was organised smoothly from our arrival. It was a great start to the trip and we were excited for what was coming.
Day 2 – Tarangire National Park
Our first game drive was incredible. We saw so many elephants, giraffes, zebras and other animals, and the landscapes with the baobab trees were beautiful. It was our first real taste of the Tanzanian wilderness and we loved every moment.
Day 3 – Ngorongoro Crater
The Ngorongoro Crater was breathtaking. The amount of wildlife in such a unique landscape was incredible, and we were lucky enough to see many different animals during the game drive.
Day 4 – Central Serengeti
The Serengeti was absolutely spectacular. The endless landscapes and the amount of wildlife made this one of the highlights of the trip. We had some unforgettable encounters and our guide always took the time to explain what we were seeing.
Day 5 – Northern Serengeti
This was probably the highlight of the entire safari. Being in the Northern Serengeti during the migration season was an unforgettable experience. We were surrounded by incredible wildlife and had some truly special sightings.
Day 6 – Northern Serengeti
Our final game drive was the perfect way to end the safari. Even on the last day, we continued to see amazing wildlife and enjoyed every moment before heading to the airstrip.
A special thank you to our guide for his professionalism, knowledge, patience and passion. He was always attentive to what we wanted to see and did his best to give us the best possible experience.
The camps were comfortable, the food was good and the whole experience was very well organised.
We couldn’t have asked for a better first safari experience. Tanzania is absolutely incredible, and we will remember these six days for a very long time.

PERFECT
Our safari with Nkollo Tours & Safaris was an amazing experience that we will never forget. From the beginning to the end, everything was well organized and we always felt comfortable and safe.
A special mention goes to our guide, Ringo. He was one of the best parts of the experience. His passion for wildlife was clear every day, and his knowledge and explanations helped us understand and appreciate the animals much more. He was also very patient and always tried to give us the best possible experience.
We were lucky enough to see so many incredible animals and moments during the safari, and Ringo made every sighting even more special with his explanations.
The accommodations were all beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the food was always very good.
The only thing we might change would be the itinerary on the last day. Lake Manyara had fewer animals than we expected at this time of year, so personally we would have preferred an extra day in the Ngorongoro Crater. However, this was part of the itinerary agreed from the beginning and was not Ringo’s responsibility at all.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience. Thank you to Nkollo Tours & Safaris and especially to Ringo for making our safari such a beautiful and unforgettable adventure.

An unforgettable Tanzania safari - perfect in every detail!
We couldn't have asked for a better safari experience than the one Nkollo Tours put together for us. From planning to the very last game drive, everything was seamless.
Mercy, who organised our trip, was exceptional from start to finish. Her suggestions and choices of accommodation were spot-on, she replied to every message promptly, and she was endlessly helpful, patiently answering questions well beyond what you'd normally expect from a trip organiser. We particularly want to highlight her recommendation of two Serengeti lodges: Misako Mara Tented Camp, and especially Tokaone Central Serengeti Camp, which were both superb choices we wouldn't have found on our own.
Our driver and safari guide, Richard, was simply outstanding. He drove brilliantly, was clearly respectful of the animals and the environment - something we noticed wasn't always the case with other operators' vehicles we saw out there - and had a real gift for spotting wildlife and getting us away from the crowds whenever he could. He was punctual every single day and kept everything running smoothly. We genuinely couldn't have imagined a better guide.
One more thing that deserves real credit: Nkollo's approach to lunches. They served delicious, local food with no plastic or cardboard packaging, which made a noticeable difference compared to other companies we saw on the road - a small thing that says a lot about how seriously they take sustainability.
All round, a beautifully organised, sustainable, and genuinely incredible safari. Highly recommend Nkollo Tours, and especially ask for Mercy and Richard.

Genuine and stunning
The experience with Nkollo was simply perfect. Annie, our contact person, was very helpful in accommodating our requests and making sure that the vacation went smoothly.
Our guide, Micheal, was always smiling, helpful, and ready to fulfill our wishes and answer our curiosities; he made us feel truly pampered and at home. The food was always delicious and authentic. The overnight accommodations were all nice and clean—Tukaone in the Serengeti was a crazy, immersive experience with magnificent tents and amazing food.

An Unforgettable Safari with Nkollо Tours & Safaris and Ringo– 10/10!
Our safari with Nkollо Tours & Safaris was incredible from start to finish. Everything was very well organized, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. As this was our honeymoon, Nkollo was great arranging something special for us at every hotel, which made us feel truly cared for and made the whole experience even more memorable.
Our guide, Ringo, was definitely a great guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, wildlife and ecosystems, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience. He had an incredible ability to spot animals from a distance and, more importantly, understood their behavior and knew exactly where to go and when to wait.
Thanks to Ringo, we were incredibly lucky with our sightings. We saw the Big Five, including several rhinos and an incredible number of lions, elephants and buffaloes. We also saw cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras and countless other animals. One of the most spectacular moments was witnessing the Mara River crossing, which was an unforgettable experience.
We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, and each park offered something different. Ringo managed our time perfectly and always made sure we had enough time to enjoy the sightings rather than simply rushing from one animal to another.
The overall organization was also good. Everything ran smoothly throughout the safari, and we always felt safe and well taken care of.

Nkollo and Ringo gave us four unforgettable days
Everything started with friendly, professional communication even before we booked our safari. Mercy from Nkollo was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She answered all of our questions promptly and guided us through every step of preparing not only for the safari itself but also for our trip to Tanzania. Thanks to her advice, we decided for 4-day tour in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and were able to make the most of the experience with our children.
The best part, however, began when we met our guide, Ringo. His passion and enthusiasm for wildlife are truly contagious. Thanks to his outstanding knowledge of the national parks and animal behavior we were able to see big five. But what more, Ringo went out of his way to make sure each of us got to spend time with our favorite animals, herds of hippos for our son, elephants for me. Ringo trully made every one of our safari wishes come true and was able to answer every question we and our kids had. Even though we were traveling with young children, we felt completely safe at all times. Both we and our kids enjoyed every single minute of the adventure.
Every accommodation arranged by Nkollo was unique in its own way. What they all had in common was warm, welcoming staff, delicious food, and clean, comfortable surroundings. And spending a night in a tent inside the park? What could be better than falling asleep surrounded by a herd of zebras, listening to the sounds of the wild throughout the night, and waking up to giraffes or antelopes right outside your tent?

Great safari with an excellent guide
My wife and I had an amazing time on safari in the Serengeti National Park and Ngorogoro Crater. It has formed part of our honeymoon and the service we received from the moment we arrived off of our plane in Seronera was exceptional. Our guide introduced himself with a huge smile, which never left his face throughout the 3 days we were with him. A beautiful touch, which we were not expecting was that there was a 'Just Married' cover on the spare tyre on the back of the jeep.
The Jeep/Land cruiser was comfortable, spacious and had lots of storage facilities and full power to charge our devices. It also included an opening roof so we could stand and see the animals with maximum ease and with the best view.
Said (our guide) was polite, helpful, considerate of our wants and needs and so full of knowledge about the park, animals, other wildlife and the local area. He could not have done enough for us to ensure we had the best time.
Lunches were really delicious, freshly prepared by the lodges and were always full meals, as opposed to sandwiches. We had chicken, rice, spaghetti, beef mince, burgers along with fresh fruit, cakes, biscuits, etc.
There was also an electric cool box full of water, soft drinks and beer which were inclusive of the price. All were plentiful and readily available for when we wanted/needed.
The lodges we stayed at were lovely. Night one was at Wildlux Serengeti Camp where we were welcomed with a traditional song/dance which was amazing. The camp team had made our room up to showcase our honeymoon with a decorated bed which was a lovely touch. The food served at dinner was also delicious and the overall service was excellent.
Night 2 was at Nakupenda Luxury Lodge. For us, this location was the better of the two. The service was better (not that it was bad on night one, just better here), the facilities nicer (including a camp fire to watch the sunset) and food options better (buffet style). At the end of our stay here, we were gift a 'happy honeymoon' cake which was so kind and thoughtful.
We saw every animal we wanted to see, apart from Leopards - which evaded us unfortunately. So 4 out of the Big 5, which we were so happy with.
Overall, we couldn't have wished for a better trip or guide - if you have a choice, please consider Said. He was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you so much for giving us the best time and helping us create some amazing memories ❤️

Excellent Safari
We decided to go with a local Safari company and it was definitely the right decision. The company was extremely flexible and helpful during organization and also during Safari itself. Our guide jephter was the best. He was able to Show ist the best animal spots in all areas. We SAW lions, lepards, rhinos, Hippos, Giraffen, Monkeys, buffalos, Antilopes, hyenas, elephants and many more. It was also much cheaper than German Safari company. We can definitely recommend.
