A very special thank you to Mercy, who deserves a review of her own. ❤️ Mercy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was available day and night to answer all our questions, discuss any changes, and make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. She genuinely wasn’t satisfied until I was completely happy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made me feel heard, understood and taken care of every step of the way.

And then there was Ringo, our incredible safari guide, whom we nicknamed Doctor Dolittle! 🐘🦁 Honestly, it felt as though he could communicate with the animals themselves! His knowledge of wildlife and the national parks was extraordinary, and he always seemed to know exactly where we needed to be and when to be there to witness the most magical moments. He didn’t just show us animals; he helped us experience them in the most incredible way.
What made Ringo even more special was the way he interacted with my son. He was so patient, kind and wonderful with him, making the entire experience even more meaningful for us as a family. Seeing my son enjoy the safari with someone who was so genuinely lovely with him made the experience all the more unforgettable.
Ringo’s passion, knowledge, patience and ability to find those special wildlife moments made him an exceptional guide. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

unforgettable honeymoon safari with exceptional service, breathtaking moments and so much fun!
When planning our honeymoon, we shortlisted several companies before choosing Enkolo Tours, and we couldn’t have made a better decision!
From the very beginning, we had a wonderful and highly knowledgeable contact person, Annie, who provided exceptional service and tailored our itinerary entirely to our wishes, making adjustments until everything was absolutely perfect.
Upon arriving in Africa, we were welcomed by the kindest and warmest guide, Samu, with whom we spent six unforgettable days on safari. We had the most incredible time! He took so much time to explain everything about the wildlife, patiently answered all our questions, and made us laugh throughout the journey. He was always considerate of our wishes, and it was clear that he genuinely loved his job and was passionate about what he did.
The days were long, but we simply couldn’t get enough! Thanks to Samu’s professionalism, expertise, and quick thinking, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, and every wildlife sighting we had hoped for became a reality.
The accommodations were also very well chosen and offered excellent value for money. Even while out on safari, we were treated to delicious, freshly prepared hot lunches, which made the experience feel even more special.
All in all, this was an absolutely outstanding safari experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nkollo Tours again and again. You could truly feel how much care, passion, and attention to detail went into every aspect of the journey, making our honeymoon truly unforgettable! At the end of our trip, we were even surprised with a personalized gift from Annie, our wonderful trip organizer, who has truly become a friend along the way. We are incredibly grateful for everything we experienced and will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

I found the agency online and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received from our very first interaction. We were on our honeymoon, and they took care of every single detail with such love and care; we were truly blown away, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Said, also made a real difference with his attentiveness and his deep knowledge of the places we visited. I would recommend them without a second thought, and I hope to return soon!

Hands Down the Greatest Experience of my Life
From the very beginning, Nkollo was a class act. They were so communicative, even when there was a bit of an issue with making a giant purchase on my credit card in TZS, and helped walk me through the whole process of fixing the mistake I made. Also, one of the original lodgings we were supposed to get through our safari package was booked, so we were upgraded to far more luxurious accommodations on our last night at no extra charge, which was VERY appreciated.
The safari itself was extremely fulfilling. I saw literally every animal I wanted to, plus events I was by no means expecting. Hands down the most exquisite, exhilarating experience of my life, and the whole time I kept saying to myself ‘it’s crazy to know you’re living one of the best moments of your life.’
The staff is also excellent. We ADORED our guide, Ringo. He is SUCH an inspiring, gentle soul, and his ability to identify any animal we pointed out, to know exactly what their habits were, and how to explain their behaviors was literally awe-inspiring. Also the way he knew exactly how to get around the different parks was also incredibly impressive. He was also GREAT to talk to. A great friend and companion throughout the whole experience. He’s both knowledgeable and funny, so we were always either learning something new, hysterically laughing, or both. We seriously cannot recommend Ringo enough and he made our experience all the greater. Mercy was also very helpful and very great to work with while booking the experience.
Overall the food, lodging, and overall experience were top-notch. Cannot recommend Nkollo enough, and have already been spreading the word since coming back to NYC and showing off all the amazing pictures and videos.

Five Days in Tanzania That We Will Never Forget!
We spent five incredible days exploring Tanzania, and it was an experience we will remember for a lifetime. A big thank you to Ringo for making our safari so special! Traveling through the national parks, seeing the landscapes change, and encountering wildlife in its natural habitat was truly something else.
Ringo was great company throughout the trip. He knew the parks extremely well and always seemed to find something interesting around every corner. Whether we were watching animals from a distance or getting lucky with a closer encounter, he made every moment exciting. His knowledge and experience added so much to the safari.
One of the best parts was that every day was different. We saw an amazing variety of wildlife and enjoyed some truly unforgettable moments in the parks. Beyond the animals themselves, Ringo helped us appreciate the beauty of Tanzania and understand more about the wildlife we were seeing.
He was also easygoing, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable for our group. We felt in good hands from beginning to end.

It is hard to put into words, how incredible this tour was.
The nature itself is out of this world, just as shown in the Lion King. XD
We saw all the animals there are and that is thanks to our guide Ringo who was the best possible guide and at all time made sure that we have the time of our life. :)

Reliable, perfect organization,good value for money
During our trip planning,we contacted a few agencies,but Nkollo tours met our needs with adjusting to our wishes very qiuckly and with much patience. Thank you,Mercy! Everything went smoothly-from the airport pickup, accomodation in Arusha,two wonderful day trips. All the guides were professional and we learned and saw a lot. But the best,amazing part, is the 5-day safari with Ringo. That was incredible! The wilderness is breathtaking,but the guide that loves it and knows it as Ringo does, makes it unforgetable experience. Besides,we have felt totaly safe. The drive was full of stories, jokes and good mood thank to that good fellow. Serious when he should be, joyfull all the time,quiet and discrete,but on our service,and so full of knowledge and love for wildlife and Afrika. Accomodation very comfortable,food excellent. Great safari trip, Anne gave great support and Gerald is an excellent guide.
We had a wonderful safari experience arranged by Nkollo Tours & Safaris. Anne was super helpful and always replied promptly whenever we had questions or adjustments to our itinerary. Our guide Gerald was fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was professional and punctual.
