An unforgettable all-day adventure with Mthabisi and Savannah Adventures!
Savannah Adventures and our guide, Mthabisi, completely outdid themselves! We packed four incredible adventures into one day, starting with a sunrise game drive in Zambezi NP complete with coffee, muffins, wild dogs, and elephants. We also visited the giant baobab tree and watched the fascinating vulture feeding.
The absolute highlight was a breathtaking encounter with a lioness in southern Zambezi NP - we had almost given up hope, but Mthabisi's tracking perseverance rewarded us beautifully. We ended the night stargazing, listening to Mthabisi share African folklore and astronomy. He is a font of knowledge on everything from animal behavior to traditional plant medicine. We learned so much and will never forget this magical day!
Communication with Savannah Adventures was a breeze - email, Whatsapp - and the payment was easy. Deposit via secure online portal, then the balance due in US dollars upon arrival in Victoria Falls. Their office is conveniently located in N1 Hotel which is a decent (budget) place to stay.
Highly recommend this tour operator! And be sure to request Mthabisi!

A melodic tour de force of knowledge and exposition!!
My experience was nothing short of ecstatic from vultures in a feeding frenzy to a lioness within a few feet to a celestial tour of the southern hemisphere. He deserves a raise. I would do it again!!

Excellent for arranging last-minute safari to one of the big five, the rhino.
Great safari organiser who is flexible, solution-oriented and organised a last-minute safari in Zambia.
We had to pleasure to work with Matthias who we contacted on the day before a safari. He perfectly organised a tour to see rhinos in Zambia.
From the moment we were picked up to the moment we dropped off everything worked smoothly.
Good guides, good border crossing. And fantastic meeting with rhinos.

We had an amazing game drive. The wildlife sightings were great, but our guide truly made the trip. They were incredibly knowledgeable, shared fascinating facts, and kept everyone in the vehicle engaged the entire time. Highly recommend.

Top notch tour operator, great customer service, timely, efficient, friendly crew.
Top notch tour operator. Starting from prompt responses for last minute tour inquiry and price quote. Matt was great to work with. Very smooth and easy and efficient for our young family of 4. Multiple reminder of birth certificates for children<18. Crossing borders were timely and efficient. Logistics were all sorted with spare time for retrieving lost item and catching flights. Boat cruise and safari sightings were insane. Surrounded by tones of hippos, Crocs, elephants and giraffes. Richard, our safari guide went out of the way to look for lions where my kids love. We had a great great time and were blown away by the nature wildlife Boswana has, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of your crew. Thanks so much for the great time and help to retrieve the lost phone last minute cross the border. Great job.
