Woodbridge came through again
Once again - and at the last minute - I contacted Woodbridge to request a mini-safari for the NEXT day, as I was arriving by train and not flying out until late. Robert arranged this for me. A driver picked me up at the station, drove me a few hours around Nairobi National Park looking mostly for birds, and then took me to the airport. A perfect last day in Kenya thanks to Woodbridge Safaris. I completely recommend them.

An excellent companion for a safari. Robert is the name, Robert is the guy.
From the trip preparation well in advance, without ever having met the person (Robert) personally, from sending a portion of the money for the safari reservation, to the explanation of what was included in the safari, the departure times, the accommodation we chose, everything was spectacular.

The car that took us on safari in Masai Mara is spectacular, a very well-equipped Toyota with capacity for 8 people (I hope I'm not mistaken). There were 4 of us, and we were very comfortable, with a sunroof for better viewing of the animals and always with bottled water for our needs.
I recommend this company without a doubt for a memorable experience in Kenya with this competent person named Robert.

Reliable and flexible safari experience
We had an amazing 5-day private safari experience organized by our guide Robert who patiently answered all of our questions quickly and handled even last-minute changes. Throughout the journey he was flexible and made sure everything was running smoothly. Robert is a kind and funny travel companion and an excellent driver on the busy roads!
At the lodges we had mostly buffet style meals with a starter soup, main meal (spaghetti, rice, beef stew, steamed veggies etc.) and a dessert (cake/fruit). Also coffee, tea and hot chocolate was provided. Food was spesifically nice at Crocodile Camp and the sunset view facing the Masai Mara National park was amazing.
We were also able to take all our luggage (two big suitcases, one smaller one and 3 bagpacks) with us to the car so we didn’t need to worry about finding luggage storage elsewhere.

From the very beginning, booking with Woodbridge Safaris was an absolute breeze. Communication from the day we reserved our trip was top-notch—every single question and concern we had was answered thoroughly before we even stepped foot in Nairobi, giving us total peace of mind before our journey started.
Our 5-day safari was brilliantly planned and packed with incredible experiences:

What truly made this trip extraordinary was our guide, Robert. Robert is incredibly professional, friendly, and exceptionally experienced. He consistently went out of his way to position our vehicle so we had the best possible views for wildlife sightings and photos. More than just a guide, Robert was a fantastic person to spend five days with—patient, reliable, helpful, and always ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. His deep knowledge of the animals, nature, and local surroundings enriched our daily drives and made the entire safari so much more meaningful.
Our accommodations fully met our expectations, offering a great mix of comfort (3 nights in wonderful lodges and 1 night in a hotel). Our safari jeep was also extremely comfortable for the four of us—it had great seats and a pop-up roof that gave us fantastic 360° views throughout the game drives.
Woodbridge Safaris took great care of us throughout the drive as well, providing plenty of bottled water in the vehicle and scheduling well-timed, comfortable stops along the route.
Many thanks to Woodbridge Safaris and especially to Robert for such an unforgettable safari and a magical visit to Kenya. You made this a dream trip that we will cherish forever!

Absolutely unforgettable safari experience with Woodbridge safaris!
We had an incredible 5-day safari with Robert, visiting Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National Park, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
Robert was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and passionate about wildlife. His experience really made a huge difference — he knew exactly where to go, had an incredible eye for spotting animals, and always made sure we had the best possible views.
The highlight was definitely seeing the Big Five within our first two days in Maasai Mara! 🦁🐘🐆🦏🐃 It was an absolutely amazing experience.
Beyond the wildlife, Robert was a fantastic person to spend the trip with. He was patient, reliable, helpful and always made sure everything was running smoothly. He also taught us so much about the animals, nature and local surroundings, which made the safari much more meaningful.
From the incredible wildlife of Maasai Mara, to the beautiful scenery of Lake Naivasha and the breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, every part of the trip was unforgettable.

Fabulous Family Safari with Woodbridge
We are a family of six, with four teenagers/young adults, and when researching our holiday I contacted a number of safari operators through SafariBookings. Robert at Woodbridge Safaris immediately stood out as the most committed, considerate and hardworking operator, so we decided to book with him.
Robert was absolutely superb from start to finish. He delivered on everything he promised and was a really positive presence throughout our trip. He genuinely cared about us enjoying every aspect of the experience and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible safari.
He was determined that we would see the Big Five and was willing to put in some very long drives to give us the best opportunities. When he explained that seeing rhinos in the Masai Mara was unlikely, he arranged for us to visit Nairobi National Park on our first day, where we were guaranteed a much better chance of seeing them … and we did!
Robert is thoughtful, sensible, an excellent driver and completely reliable. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and helped us plan and tailor the itinerary to our family’s specifications.

It was a great pleasure to meet Mr Robert and Mr Eric our guide, we really had a great experience and will definitely repeat it. Everything went smooth communication and arrangement. Our safari trip package was extremely customizable thanks to Mr Robert for being flexible in all aspects of the trip from the camps/lodge choice to the very down detail of vehicle choice. Woodbridge safaris catered to our specific needs within our budget seamlessly and made things possible other operators, we dealt with, couldn’t for the SAME budget. The guides in Woodbridge safaris are very knowledgeable and experienced that we saw very rare sightings during our safari trip including ALL big . Our driver knew exactly where to go and how to provide the best angles and positions for our photographer amidst many other vehicles.

As someone who has never been on, ir booked a safari before I had no idea where to begin. Robert at Woodbridge safaris was so easy and helpful to deal with. He answered all my questions and helped me choose the right safari itinerary and accomodation totally on my desires making it a very bespoke experience. Edwin, our ranger became more of a friend! He was so lovely. The day before our safari we suddently needed a change of plan which Robert totally accommodated with no stress. Unforgottable safari experience!
We had an incredible experience on our two-day private safari to the Masai Mara with Woodbridge Safarissa. From start to finish, Robert made the trip feel both highly personal and extremely professional.
Robert went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. We always felt we were in safe, capable hands, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
