Small Company, Big Hearts — Great Value for Budget Travellers!
What a feast!
From baby zebras nursing and herds drinking by the river to giraffes feeding in the trees, and hyenas and vultures enjoying their meals — we witnessed the circle of life right before our eyes. Every turn of the road brought another surprise!
Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris is a small company, but the people working there have big hearts. Everyone we met was friendly, responsible and genuinely dedicated to making our trip enjoyable.
To be fair, the vehicles and equipment could use some improvement. We even experienced an unexpected incident with our vehicle during the trip. However, what impressed us most was how the team handled it. Juventus, the manager, was very responsible and supportive throughout the situation, while Issah came to help us when things went wrong. Everyone worked together to sort things out and keep our journey going.
Things don’t always go perfectly, especially on an adventure in the African wilderness. But I believe how people respond when something goes wrong says much more about a company than when everything goes according to plan.
A special shout-out to our amazing main guide, Aslan! He was incredibly responsible, knowledgeable about wildlife and always happy to share interesting facts about the animals and their behaviour. His English was so fluent that, as a non-native English speaker, I sometimes felt like I was attending an English class rather than going on a safari — in the best possible way! He also had a great sense of humour, which made the long drives much more enjoyable. Thank you, Aslan, for making our adventure so memorable!
Of course, this is not a luxury safari company, and considering the very affordable price we paid, we had realistic expectations. The facilities may be basic, but the service and dedication of the staff are anything but.
For anyone planning an African safari on a budget, I would definitely recommend this company. You may not get the fanciest vehicle, but you’ll meet genuinely good people who care about your experience.
What made this journey so special was watching wildlife simply living its everyday life. No scripts, no schedules, just nature unfolding right before our eyes.
The Serengeti reminded us that life is everywhere, and every moment tells a different story.
I sincerely hope this small company continues to grow, improve its equipment and become even more successful in the future. They truly deserve it!

Guide matters
While looking for a 3-day safari, I requested 3 offers.
The first one came pretty fast and if was well detailed, from a company with excellent rating "Serengeti Unforgettable Safari".
We communicated with Juventus, he kindly offered 3 options, I got answers to all my questions, so I decided not to waiste time.
We made a deal.
Further activity was fast and clear - documents, payment, tickets etc.
When we arrived to Seronera, our guide Aslam was waiting for us in a clean nice car, equipped with everything that might be needed in a long trip - water, other beverages, fridge, charger for everything, smile, good mood and LUCK!
This guy made a miracle - we saw all big African five (actually, twenty-five!) at a very short distance, unbelievable.
This guy is a safari guide in a second generation, he knows everything and everybody in savanna))). At the same time, being expert, he manages to be a bery delicate person, creating comfort and relax onboard.
Congratulations, Juventus!
You've got the best guide in Africa.
But, as we all know, luck does indeed favor the well-prepared. And with Aslam we were well prepared, and luck was with us all 3 days.
Our personal luck was that Juventus (or God?)) sent us Aslam.
So we saw everything that we wanted, even much more.
A piece of practical advice for the followers: safari is a job, for both guide and tourists. Be serious, prepare well, don't take small kids with you, be ready to meet wonderfull wild life as it is, respect rules. But you can feel real satisfaction only after great job is well done.
This is exactly what happened to us and this is what we wish you to happen with.

Amazing big 5 experience with mr. Abdi and best service.
For my parents' 30th wedding anniversary, we went on a trip with Unforgettable Safari. It was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't have wanted to do it with anyone else. A memorable safari experience ever
Our safari experience to Tanzania with Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris was amazing! Everything was perfect, we saw different herds of animals, we slept in great and good accommodations and every day we had a delicious picnic lunch. Our guide Japhet was very friendly. He knows everything in the parks, he told us so many stories and explanations about animals, nature and history if the country. And above all, he speaks quite a perfect English! It is a big quality and very appreciated because I traveled with my partner. Japhet was very understanding and patient.

So much more than I exptected
We booked our safari with Juventus and Serengeti Unforgettable Safaris feeling a bit skeptical about what to expect.
The reality blew us away.
Cheetahs, leopards, white rhino, black rhino, baboon, lions, hippos, crocodiles... I could go on...
2 days of amazing sights and experiences with extra care taken to make sure our experience was truly unique.
Our overnight camp was out of this world and the food was the best we had on our whole holiday - they catered to our diet impeccably!
My daughter left her teddy bear behind and they even managed to get it back to us same day!!!

He was so committed to give us the best experience.
It was amazing. Very well planned. We saw all the animals - even cheetahs, rhinos and a leopard. That wouldn't have been possible without our guide who constantly made sure we had the best eyperience possible.

Extraordinarily service and solution-oriented mindset
Aslam was a positive and very friendly safari guide throughout our five days. He was great at answering our various question, providing us further interesting detail and navigating to spectacular scenes within the Serengeti national park. Our group as all consider us very lucky to have gotten him as our safari guide.
We did unfortunately have some bad luck with our car, including some minor unexpected stops, a wielding job, a tire switch, and eventually onn day four we had to switch car entirely. It was through all these unfortunate circumstances with our vehicle that Aslam always stayed positive and priorised our best.
For anyone considering doing a tour with this agency I can highly recommend them. Communication was always clear, timely and friendly, and overall our safari was indeed unforgettable. some things to consider bringing however are: masks (it is extremely dusty on the roads), some vehicle courtain against the sun, a good camera (for obvious reasons), and wipes (against the dust). Also, try to get a better car than we had.

A truly unforgettable experience
We love how professional they are!
Juventus has been responsive and considerate from the beginning. He tried his best to accommodate our needs and provide us with all the support we needed during the trip, especially during break down emergencies.
Aslam is simply a best guide you can get. He’s knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We really had a great time together. He knows well where to go and we did see tons of animals. He is also very responsible and handled all the situations calmly.
We felt we were in good hands all the time. Will definitely recommend them.
