Booking policy.
Deposits policy. Upon confirmation of the safari the booking request has to be made in writing and a 30% deposit is required. The balance has to be remitted at least 60 days prior to safari commencement.
Cancellation policy.
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to
Cancellation and No-Show fees if cancelled within 100 days of the arrival date.
100 days to 80 days prior to arrival: 25%
80 days to 60 days prior to arrival: 45%
60 days to 40 days prior to arrival: 65%
Below 40 days 65% prior to arrival: 100%
