Reservations, amendment, cancellation and refund policy
After receiving your final itinerary and cost of the trip from our safari consultants, a deposit of 50% will be required for reservations, and balance 50% within 40 days before your travel in Arusha

Financial Security
With Udaay Safari & Tours (T) Ltd once you have paid, your money is protected and you have financial security for your Tanzanian, Kenya & Uganda holiday.
Booking amendments: Subject to availability.
Cancellation: In the event of cancelation, less than 35 days prior to date of commencement of the service will result in a cancellation fee of 100%.
Udaay Safari & Tours (T) Ltdreserves the rights to cancel all your bookings if payment is not received 35 days prior to date of service.
Refund Policy: A cancellation fee of 30% will apply of the quoted price, plus any additional third party payment.
Liabilities
All persons carried on the companies vehicles are governed by the respective laws of the land and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
