ABOUT THE RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking; the balance is must be paid 40 days prior to the date of arrival. And in case reservation is made within 40 days, the whole safari amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY OR CHANGING THE TOURS
The cancellation fees are based on the dates, your written safari notification is received at Atlas African Safaris offices by email. (See below)
60 days and above: $ 130
46-60 days: 10% of the total safari cost
31- 45 days: 20% of the total safari cost
9-30 days: 30% of the total safari cost
0-8 days: 100% of total safari cost
ABOUT LIABILITY
Atlas African safaris is insured by Jubilee Insurance Company, this insurance covers the client in case of loss of property, death or injury to the client up to the maximum of USD 1000,000. However, the client must also take out full travel and the medical insurance before traveling from their home country
