*If client (s) decided to cancel trip 90 days before arrival, We shall refund full the deposit.
*If clients decided to cancel trip 60 days before arrival, We shall refund 75% of the total deposit.
*If clients cancel trip 30 days before arrival, We shall refund 50% of the total deposit.
*If client cancel trip within 30 days before arrival, there will be no refund.
*If clients cancel trip without information/ NOT SHOWING UP there will be no refund.
*The tour operator/Client may postpone the tour due to bad weather/Natural calamities with notice to both sides.
