NOTE: Payments should be credited into our accounts maximum five (5) days of confirmations.
A 45% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 60 days before the tour begins.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
Cancellation should be in writting:
1. Cancellation up to 60 days from arrival date, no fees refundable; we issue credit note for deposit if already paid.
2. Cancellation up to 60 - 30 days from arrival date, cancellation fee is 50%
3. Cancellation up to 30 days from arrival date, cancellation fee is 100%
Note:
There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds will not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason.
Whatever amendments made to the itinerary once paid may result in additional costs.
