§1: The executive company for this booked trip is Kaburu Adventure Ltd. In some cases, such as traveling on Zanzibar, the southern circuit, domestic flights or bus transfers, partner companies will take care of the customers.
§2: The price above does not include things not mentioned in the contract. Insurance is not part of the contract. If customers need to have travel cancellation insurance or medical insurance, they have to organize themselves. Kaburu Adventure Ltd. do not offer this service.
§3: Delays on the trips may occur and a delay up to five hours there is no right of recovery. If the delay is caused by force majeure there is no right of recovery. In any case, the claim of recovery has to be done by letter during or after the trip. It has to be passed in via postal way, or by E-Mail as a scan image. Kaburu Adventure Ltd.
§4: Kaburu Adventure Ltd. reserves the right to change the Hotels or Lodges as written above to other Hotels or Lodges of the same quality as some might already be full-booked. The customer has to be informed about it at least on the first day of the trip.
§5: The customers have the right to cancel the trip, but depending on the time of cancellation, he has to bear the costs. There are no costs for cancellations made at least six months before departure. For cancellations between six and three months before departure, the customer has to pay 30% of the total price. For cancellations between three and one months before departure, the customer has to pay 70% of the total price. For cancellations less than one month before departure, the customer has to pay the total price.
§6: The customer has to take care that his/her passport and visa are correct. For the entry to Tanzania, the passport has to be valid for at least six more months. The visa can be applied directly at the airport, or at a Tanzanian embassy in your home country. The customer has to cover the visa-costs himself.
§7: The customer has to take care of his health. For vaccinations or Malaria prophylaxis
the customer should consult a medical doctor with tropical experience. For most people a yellow fever vaccination is necessary to enter the country.
§8: Any invalid provision(s) shall be replaced by a provision or provisions corresponding as closely as possible to the purpose of this Agreement as the Parties would have agreed on to reach the same economic effect had they known the invalidity of such provision.
