Terms and Conditions
1. Payment: All invoices issued by Escapeful Travel must be paid in full by the due date indicated on the invoice. No service will be confirmed or provided until payment has been received and cleared.
2. Service Confirmation: Escapeful Travel & Events reserves the right to withhold confirmation of services until payment has been received. Once payment is received and cleared, we will proceed to confirm the requested services, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of a cancellation by the client, any applicable cancellation fees or policies outlined in our agreement or contract will apply. If applicable, refunds will be processed per our refund policy, which can be found in the link.
4. Late Payments: Any payments received after the due date specified on the invoice may be subject to late payment fees or interest charges as outlined in our payment terms and conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if outstanding payments remain unpaid.
5. Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding an invoice, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the matter amicably. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction.
6. Change of Services: Any changes or modifications to the requested services may be subject to additional fees or charges. Such changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
7. Liability: Escapeful Travel & Events shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
8. Confidentiality: Any information shared by the client with Escapeful Travel & Events will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of a cancellation by the client, any applicable cancellation fees or policies outlined in our agreement or contract will apply. These fees are designed to cover costs incurred by Escapeful Travel & Events in relation to the planning, coordination, and reservation of services.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the following criteria:
- Fully Unused Services: A refund may be considered if the services booked through Escapeful Travel & Events have not been utilized or provided.
- Partially Utilized Services: If the client has partially utilized the services, a refund may be calculated based on the unused portion, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or penalties.
3. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing to our billing department at [billing department contact information]. The request should include the relevant details, such as the invoice number, client name, and reason for the refund.

6. Force Majeure Events: In cases where the cancellation or modification of services is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Escapeful Travel & Events, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Dispute Resolution: If there is any disagreement or dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing the agreement will prevail.
