Booking Cancellation Policy
Reservation that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation & no-show fees will apply as follows;
High/Shoulder/Low Season
0-10 days NO Refund will be made
11-15 days 25% refund or postpone to later date subject to availability
16-30 days 50% refund or postpone to later date subject to availability
Above 31 Days -100% refund less transaction cost or utilized in future bookings within 6 months from date of cancellation
Peak/Festive Season
0-15 days NO Refund will be made
16-25 days 25% refund or postpone to later date subject to availability
26-40 days 50% refund or postpone to later date subject to availability
Above 41 Days -100% refund less transaction cost or utilized in future bookings within 6 months from date of cancellation
We accept Visa cards, Master cards, Credit cards, Debit cards, corporate cards, Prepaid cards etc. The only card that is not accepted is the American Express card.
Also note that personal cheques are accepted within 10 days before the Safari date.
Any special request such as room next to each other, connecting rooms, non-smoking room/floor, room on the same floor, bedding type (1 king-sized /double bed/twin-bedded), complimentary early check-in, complimentary late check-out is subject to availability on first come first serve basis upon arrival at the hotel and it is discretionary and up to the hotel to assign.

at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The above-offered rates/quotations are as per the number of rooms/persons requested. In case of any change in the number of rooms/persons, we reserve the right to adjust the offered rates/quotations accordingly. This is only a quotation and no blocking or booking has been made until we receive your official acceptance or confirmation in writing.
• We strongly suggest advising acceptance of the rates by return mail to block the rooms as there is no booking made yet at this stage.
• Any unprecedented hike in government-levied fees such as taxes, VAT, fuel prices and toll way, entrance fees at the Airports, etc. shall be advised and charged accordingly at the time of booking.
• Please be informed that most of the hotels have standard check-in and check-out schedules as follows, and are imposing a strict policy on early check-in and late check-out surcharges:
o Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs. We cannot guarantee early check-in. It depends on the Hotel’s discretion.
o Standard check-out time: noon (12:00hrs). We cannot guarantee late checkout. It depends on the Hotel’s discretion.
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Standard Policy from Most Hotels:
• Child means less than 11 years old. Children 11 years and above will be charged as adults.
• Any unutilized services will not be refunded
Specific Hotels, SGR, and airline cancellation policies will also apply
Full payments are required 10 days before the travel date
