How to Book
If you would like to book one of the safaris listed on our website, simply fill out our online form with the relevant safari code and the required information, then submit it. Please indicate your preferred travel dates and itinerary. We will respond promptly with a quotation and confirm availability. Once you confirm the details with us, we will proceed to secure your reservation and issue a confirmed invoice for the services booked.
Deposit
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure accommodation and related services. The remaining balance must be cleared before the safari commences.
Payments
We accept payments via bank wire transfers. All prices are quoted in US Dollars, but payments in any freely convertible currency are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The full balance must be paid before the tour begins.
If the booking is made 20 days or less before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Africa Bestmore Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any booking if these terms are not met.
Tour Prices
Prices include:
Transportation as per itinerary
Full-board in safari lodges
Half-board in beach hotels
Bed & breakfast in city hotels
Prices do not include:
Visa fees
Local departure taxes
Excess baggage charges
Tipping and personal expenses (e.g., drinks, laundry, phone calls)
Rates are subject to change based on prevailing tariffs.
Passports & Visas
Valid passports are required for all destinations listed. Please consult your travel agent or Africa Bestmore Expeditions for the latest visa requirements.
Tour Alterations
We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, airline disruptions, or safety concerns. We also reserve the right to decline any participant if deemed necessary for group safety or experience. In such cases, fair refunds will be issued where applicable.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will be issued as follows:
40–60 days prior: Full refund less USD $40 admin fee
14–35 days prior: 25% of tour price charged
02–14 days prior: 40% of tour price charged
Under 2 days or no-shows: No refund
Liability
Africa Bestmore Expeditions acts as an agent for the client in matters relating to transport, hotel bookings, and other services. We source these services from independent contractors and cannot guarantee or control their operations.
We are not liable for loss, delays, injury, accidents, or changes due to force majeure events (e.g., civil unrest, war, natural calamities, airline delays). Baggage is carried at the traveler’s own risk; baggage insurance is highly recommended.
We reserve the right to subcontract services or alter the itinerary when necessary.
Refunds & Claims
No refunds will be issued for missed services unless there are verifiable extenuating circumstances. All claims must be made in writing within 30 days after the tour ends, accompanied by supporting documentation. Refunds will be based on actual service costs—not per diem—and cannot be provided for unused meals or excursions.
Traveler Representation
Travelers must confirm they are physically and mentally fit for the safari. Africa Bestmore Expeditions reserves the right to decline or remove any participant whose condition may affect the safety or enjoyment of others.
