1. Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.
Bookings made within 7 days of the tour date must be paid in full.
Payments can be made via EFT, mobile transfer, or approved platforms.
2. Cancellation Policy
14+ days before tour: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
7–13 days before tour: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before tour: No refund
No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
3. Changes and Rescheduling
Changes must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
One free reschedule allowed; additional changes may incur a fee.
4. Weather and Force Majeure
Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen events.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
Yavola Tours is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Inclusions and Exclusions
Included: Private game drive vehicle, professional guide, bottled water
Not included: Meals, park entrance fees, alcoholic beverages, and personal expenses
Transfers charged at N$ 7/km per person (SUV with AC)
6. Liability
Yavola Tours and Transfers is covered by public liability and indemnity insurance.
While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, participation is at the guest's own risk.
Guests are strongly advised to have their own comprehensive travel insurance.
We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Guest Responsibility
Guests must follow the guide’s instructions for their safety and the protection of wildlife.
Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Photography & Media
Photos or videos taken by our team during tours may be used for marketing unless guests request otherwise in writing.
