1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival in Tanzania.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellation Policy
60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus bank charges.
30–59 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
Less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
3. Tour Price
Prices are quoted in USD and are based on current park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, and exchange rates.
Should these change before your travel date, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
4. Included in Tour Price
Accommodation as per itinerary.
Park entrance fees and conservation fees.
Game drives in a 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional guide.
Meals as specified in the itinerary.
Bottled drinking water during safari.
5. Not Included in Tour Price
International and domestic flights (unless stated).
Visa fees, travel insurance, and personal medical expenses.
Tips, drinks, laundry, and personal expenses.
Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
6. Travel Insurance
All clients are required to arrange comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and evacuation).
7. Liability
Tragelaphus Safari & Tours will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and comfort.
However, we are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delays, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, flight delays, or force majeure).
8. Wildlife & Environment
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
We expect all clients to respect park rules and the natural environment.
