1. Bookings & Reservations
• All bookings (safaris, flights, hotels, packages) must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
• Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Mimak Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries if circumstances require.
2. Payments
• A deposit is usually required to secure reservations (commonly 30–50% depending on service).
• Full payment is expected before travel commences.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online platforms like Pesapal, where clients must accept terms before completing transactions.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellation fees apply depending on how close to departure the cancellation is made.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting administrative and supplier charges.
• No refunds for “no-shows” or unused portions of services.
4. Air Ticketing
• Airline tickets are subject to the carrier’s own terms and conditions.
• Mimak Travel acts as an agent and is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
5. Travel Documents
• Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and health certificates.
• Mimak Travel can assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee approvals.
6. Insurance
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.
• Mimak Travel may facilitate insurance but liability rests with the insurer.
7. Liability
• Mimak Travel is not liable for injury, loss, or damage beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, airline issues).
• Responsibility is limited to services directly booked and confirmed by Mimak Travel.
8. Client Responsibilities
• Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety guidelines.
• Any additional costs arising from non-compliance (e.g., fines, deportation) are borne by the client.
