Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once a deposit is received and written confirmation is issued. The balance must be paid before tour commencement unless otherwise agreed. Prices are per person per day and include services stated in the confirmed itinerary.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees apply based on notice period. Deposits may be partially refundable if cancellation is made well in advance, less non-recoverable costs. No refunds apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to amend itineraries due to weather, park regulations, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control. Suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.
Accommodation & Transport
Accommodation is subject to availability; equivalent alternatives may be offered if required. Safaris are conducted using appropriate safari vehicles driven by experienced guides.
Liability & Insurance
Arsam Tours and Travel Ltd acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for delays, loss, injury, or events beyond our control. Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Conduct & Park Rules
Clients must follow guide instructions and park regulations. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
