Terms & Conditions – Safari Tours
1. Bookings & Confirmation
All safari bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Final confirmation is subject to availability of accommodations, park permits, and safari services at the time of booking.
2. Payments
Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the safari. Any bank charges or international transfer fees are to be borne by the client.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges apply as per the date of cancellation prior to arrival and will be shared at the time of booking. Park fees, permits, and certain accommodation payments may be non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Safari itineraries may be subject to change due to weather conditions, park regulations, wildlife movement, or operational reasons. We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure guest safety and service continuity.
5. Safari & Wildlife Disclaimer
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as safaris operate in natural environments. No refunds or claims will be entertained for non-sightings or changes in safari timing due to forest authority regulations.
6. Travel Documents & Health
Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and compliance with health or vaccination requirements. We are not liable for denial of entry or travel disruptions due to documentation issues.
7. Liability
Agora Voyages OPC Pvt. Ltd. acts as a tour operator and is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, government actions, or third-party service providers.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or park closures.
9. Behavior & Safety
Guests are required to follow safari rules, park guidelines, and instructions from guides and forest authorities. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
