Duma Tours – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and a confirmation email from Duma Tours. Full payment is due at least 30 days before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit: 30% of the total tour cost (unless otherwise stated)
Balance: Due 30 days before departure
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of total tour cost
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Refunds are only applicable to payments already received.
We recommend clients purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Duma Tours reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, or other operational reasons.
Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided whenever possible.
5. Safety & Liability
Guests must follow the instructions of the driver/guide at all times.
Duma Tours is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from wildlife encounters, natural events, or acts beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the safari.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements
Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other necessary travel documents.
Duma Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.
7. Health & Insurance
Guests should have adequate travel and medical insurance covering safari activities.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions must inform Duma Tours in advance.
8. Conduct
Duma Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior endangers themselves, other guests, or staff.
