Cheap Safaris (cheapsafaris.africa)
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Cheap Safaris. Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
2. Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable before the start of the tour. Payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, or other approved platforms. Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: deposit may be forfeited
15–29 days before departure: 50% of total cost charged
0–14 days before departure: 100% of total cost charged
No refunds are given for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
4. Changes by Client
Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Cheap Safaris will do its best to accommodate reasonable requests but cannot guarantee changes once a booking is confirmed.
5. Changes by Cheap Safaris
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transport due to weather, safety concerns, availability, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made with the client’s best interest in mind.
6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, and personal belongings. Cheap Safaris is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.
7. Health, Visas & Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and health requirements for all destinations visited. Cheap Safaris will not be liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation.
8. Responsibility & Liability
Cheap Safaris acts as an agent for transport providers, lodges, hotels, and activity operators. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or additional expenses caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Participation & Conduct
Clients agree to follow the instructions of guides and drivers at all times. Cheap Safaris reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
10. Wildlife & Adventure Activities
Wildlife viewing and adventure activities involve inherent risks. While safety is a priority, sightings cannot be guaranteed. Participation is at the client’s own risk.
11. Complaints
Any complaints should be reported immediately during the tour to allow resolution. If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after tour completion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Cheap Safaris is registered., South Africa
