A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from Wild Heritage of Africa. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the safari unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
In case of cancellation, Wild Heritage of Africa follows a fair and flexible refund policy. We refund all payments received based on the refund policies of our partners, including hotels, lodges, transport providers, and activity operators. Any refundable amount received from these partners will be fully returned to the client. However, certain services such as gorilla permits and some park fees are non-refundable according to government regulations. Wild Heritage of Africa does not charge cancellation fees on our side, but non-refundable costs from third-party providers and bank charges may apply.
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional costs. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or operational requirements.
All prices are per person and include services as stated in the itinerary. Prices may change due to external factors such as government taxes, park fees, or currency fluctuations.
Clients are strongly advised to have travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel, especially for activities such as gorilla trekking.
Wild Heritage of Africa acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not responsible for delays, injuries, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
For added safety, all clients traveling with us in Rwanda benefit from emergency helicopter evacuation support during their trip. This service applies only to Rwanda-based itineraries and is subject to the conditions of the service providers.
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
