1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before travel (or as stated in your invoice).

Bookings made within 14 days of travel require full payment upfront.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or other approved payment methods.

Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellation Policy
By Client:

Cancellation 30 days before travel – 70% refund (excluding deposit).

Cancellation 14–29 days before travel – 50% refund (excluding deposit).

Cancellation less than 14 days – No refund.

No-shows are 100% non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

3. Amendments & Changes

Changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.

Date changes are subject to hotel and airline policies.

Name changes must match identification documents.


4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips to cover:

Medical emergencies

Trip cancellations

Lost luggage

Personal liability

5. Agreement

By making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
