TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AMAZING AFRICA TOURS AND TRAVELs LIMITED
1. Introduction
Welcome to Amazing Africa Tours and Travels Limited. By booking a tour, safari, or travel service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
2. Booking & Payments
A deposit of 30%–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
Full payment must be made at least 30 days before travel unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upfront.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel costs, park fees, or currency fluctuations.
Once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid, the price is locked in unless government taxes or park fees change.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 30 days before travel: Deposit refundable minus administrative fees.
15–30 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
Some services (e.g., flights, hotels, park fees) may be non-refundable as per third-party policies.
5. Changes & Amendments
Changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
Amazing Africa Tours and Travels Limited will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Additional costs may apply depending on the change.
6. Travel Documents & Health
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
Amazing Africa Tours and Travels Limited is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
Insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and evacuation.
8. Liability
Amazing Africa Tours and Travels Limited acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service providers.
We are not liable for:
Injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties
Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control
Force majeure events (e.g., weather, political unrest, pandemics)
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must follow local laws and respect cultural norms.
Any damage caused to property or vehicles will be charged to the client.
Amazing Africa Tours and Travels Limited reserves the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund.
10. Safari & Wildlife Disclaimer
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as animals roam freely in their natural habitats.
Clients must follow guide instructions at all times for safety.
11. Accommodation & Transport
Accommodation is subject to availability and may be replaced with similar standards if necessary.
Transport schedules may change due to road, weather, or operational conditions.
12. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately to the tour guide or company representative.
If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the trip.
13. Privacy Policy
Personal information provided will only be used for booking and travel purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Amazing Africa Tours and Travels Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
