1. Booking & Payment: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your safari. The balance is due 45 days before the tour starts. Bookings within 45 days require full payment.
2. Cancellation Policy: * 60+ days notice: Refund minus 10% admin fee.
30-59 days notice: 50% refund.
Under 30 days notice: No refund.
3. Inclusions: All-inclusive quotes cover 4x4 Land Cruiser transport, guide, full-board accommodation, and all National Park fees (unless specified otherwise).
4. Liability: Mykis Safaris is not liable for injury, loss, or delays beyond our control. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.
5. Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter routes or substitute lodges of equal standard due to weather, park regulations, or availability.
