2. Payment Policy – Clients must pay a deposit upfront and clear the full balance before the trip begins.
3. Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellation fees apply depending on timing; some payments may be non-refundable.
* 30+ days before travel: full refund
* 15–29 days: 50% refund
* Less than 14 days: no refund
* No refunds for unused services once the trip has started.
4. Liability – The company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers or unforeseen events.
5. Travel Insurance – Clients are advised to have insurance to cover emergencies, cancellations, or losses.
