Payments:
Installments are allowed with an initial deposit of at least 30% of the package price. The percentage to be initially paid also depend on how close your travel dates are.

Cancellation:
In the event that the client chooses to cancel a tour, a non-refundable fee applies.
For cancelations made:
More than 6months to travel date - 10% non-refundable
3-6 months to travel date - 40% non-refundable
1-3 months to travel date - 75% non-refundable
Less than 1month to travel date - 100% non-refundable fee applies

Not Included:
All personal expenses, optional tours, vaccinations and inoculations, laundry, liquor and insurance (unless paid for), personal items and any item not specifically listed.
