Terms & Conditions – Mranga Tours & Safaris
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated by Mranga Tours & Safaris.
Payments
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the safari unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved payment methods provided by Mranga Tours & Safaris.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, and other service providers.
30+ days before travel: Deposit may be refundable less administrative costs
15–29 days before travel: Partial cancellation charges apply
0–14 days before travel: Up to 100% cancellation charges may apply
Refund timelines depend on third-party supplier policies.
Changes to Itinerary
Mranga Tours & Safaris reserves the right to alter routes, accommodations, transport, or activities when necessary due to weather conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.
Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, and any other required travel documentation.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is highly recommended for all travelers and should include medical emergencies, personal accidents, baggage loss, cancellation, and evacuation coverage.
Liability
Mranga Tours & Safaris acts only as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers. While every effort is made to ensure high standards of service and safety, we shall not be held liable for loss, injury, delay, damage, accident, sickness, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for assessing their fitness and health suitability for travel and safari activities. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.
Wildlife & Nature
Safari experiences take place in natural environments where wildlife moves freely. While guides prioritize guest safety at all times, clients must follow all instructions provided during the safari.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel prices, or supplier charges until booking confirmation is issued.
Force Majeure
Mranga Tours & Safaris shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Mranga Tours & Safaris, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
