Booking & Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your safari or travel package.
The balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank transfers (local and international)
Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Mobile money services (e.g., M-Pesa)
Cash payments (in agreed currencies, subject to prior arrangement)
Currency
All payments are quoted and payable in USD or KES unless otherwise specified.
Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount payable.
Confirmation of Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.
Clients are responsible for any bank or transfer charges incurred.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the company’s cancellation policy, which varies depending on the timing of cancellation and third-party supplier terms.
Late Payments
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments must be raised in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
The company reserves the right to amend payment terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.
