Basic Terms and Conditions
1. Booking
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed upon payment of a 75% deposit.
2. Payment
75% deposit is required to secure booking.
The remaining 25% balance is payable on arrival or before the tour starts.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated in advance.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period and service providers.
No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
4. Changes
Any changes to bookings depend on availability and may attract additional charges.
The company may adjust itineraries due to operational or safety reasons.
5. Responsibility
Clients are responsible for valid travel documents (ID, passport, visas if required).
The company is not liable for issues arising from incomplete documents.
6. Transport & Safety
Transport is provided using 4x4 Land Cruisers or safari vans as booked.
Clients must follow safety instructions from guides and drivers at all times.
7. Special Needs & Disability
Clients are advised to inform the company in advance of any disability, medical condition, or special assistance required.
This helps us make suitable arrangements for safety and comfort.
While we strive to assist, some destinations and activities may have limited accessibility due to terrain or infrastructure.
Full accessibility cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
8. Liability
The company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen events.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
