Precious Ecostar Safaris Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking. Confirmation is subject to availability of accommodation, transportation, and park permits.
2. Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the safari unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made using the payment methods provided by the company.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable expenses.
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to amend confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Prices
All prices are quoted in the stated currency and are subject to change before booking confirmation due to fluctuations in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, or supplier rates.
6. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other travel documents required for their destination.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal liability, and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended.
8. Client Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
Follow the instructions of guides and drivers at all times.
Respect wildlife and park regulations.
Treat vehicles, accommodation, and equipment responsibly.
Comply with all local laws and regulations.
9. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, the company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, injury, illness, loss, damage, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, government actions, airline disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
10. Itinerary Changes
The company reserves the right to alter accommodation, transportation, routes, or activities where necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control. Suitable alternatives will be provided whenever possible.
11. Photography
The company may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless a guest requests otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
12. Complaints
Any concerns should be reported immediately to the tour guide or company representative during the tour to allow an opportunity for prompt resolution.
13. Acceptance
By confirming a booking and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
