Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified on the booking confirmation. Bookings made within the final payment period may require full payment.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the safari, accommodation and third-party suppliers involved. Any applicable cancellation charges imposed by our suppliers will be communicated to the client before confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of non-refundable supplier charges and any applicable fees.
Itinerary & Accommodation
All itineraries are subject to availability. Vogue Adventures reserves the right to make reasonable changes to accommodation, routes, activities or transportation where necessary due to availability, operational requirements, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, alternatives of a similar standard will be provided.
Park Fees & Activities
Inclusions vary by itinerary and will be clearly stated in the quotation. National park, conservancy, activity and permit fees are subject to the applicable rates at the time of travel and may change without prior notice.
Travel Documents & Insurance
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas and any other required travel documentation. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended.
Safari Transportation & Activities
Safari activities involve travel in natural environments and may carry inherent risks. Clients are expected to follow the instructions of their guide and activity providers throughout the trip.
Force Majeure
Vogue Adventures shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures or other unforeseen events.
Third-Party Services
Accommodation, airlines, camps, lodges, activities and other services may be provided by independent third parties. We will assist clients in resolving issues with suppliers but cannot be responsible for circumstances arising directly from their services.
Acceptance
Payment of a deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of the applicable booking terms and conditions.
Vogue Adventures reserves the right to update these terms where necessary. The terms applicable to a booking will be those communicated to the client at the time of confirmation.
