Equipment all our offices with state-of-the-art communication machines to facilitate contacts with our clients. This includes radio call communication system to establish constant contact from vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to base stations, especially while in the bush.
Increase the size, and quality, of our fleet safari vehicles, with 65% being 4-wheel-drives (4x4) and the rest safari minibuses. This does away with the problem of sub-contracting vehicles, which inevitably compromises the quality of services.

Our company maintains a well-equipped modern garage to ensure fast back-up services to our fleet. This includes the multipurpose main workshop in Nairobi; service stations in Arusha and Dar es Salaam; and a modern custom made mobile garage to service vehicles on safari - a completely new concept, and probably the only operator in whole of East Africa providing such field service.

Our company employs the best driver-guides and operations staff with expert knowledge in wildlife and other areas of tourist interest. The driver-guides are continually under training in client’s safety, wildlife, general knowledge and foreign languages: English, French, German, Japanese and Spanish.

Maintain the Flying Doctor membership to cover our guests individually for instant rescue and medical evacuation in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Client participation fee: USD 15 – USD 50 for Kenya and Northern Tanzania and USD 30 – USD 50 for Southern & Western Tanzania and Zanzibar and Uganda.

Our company is streamlined to operate in all tourist circuits in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and all over Africa which cover wildlife safaris including camping; beach holidays; cultural and historical tours; walking safaris especially in Tanzania and mountain climbing. Our company also introduced camping safaris in 2005. It started with budget camping for a year and then ventured into standard camping in response to a different level of clientele. All three products, budget, standard, and semi-luxury camping, came to be so popular that we had to establish an independent unit for camping to cater for the expanded operation.

Our safari vehicles are specifically converted for maximum space and comfort. All of them have roof hatches to facilitate good viewing and convenient photography while doing game drives.
