Happy to have made a new, dear friend in Ronald, who we all live! Excellent sana!
Didn’t need yellow fever vaccine and spent a very lot of money getting it. Could have used more details and help with the visas between Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda.
Lodges were absolutely beautiful and in gorgeous settings. Ronald was truly wonderful. We instantly missed him once alone in Kigali.

The operator kept great communication and was very helpful in all aspects of the trip.
The trip and accommodations exceeded my expectations. Ruth and Ronnie were very professional and made us feel safe and secure. Ronnie was an outstanding driver and guide who went above and beyond with everything involved with the trip. Ronnie was down to earth and very personable, the whole group loved him!

Uganda and EAJS - spectacular!
Wow, what an experience! I hired East African Jungle Safaris to put together a trip to see the gorillas, as well as several other highlights in Uganda, and they did an incredible job. They took 4 of us on a multi day adventure from Kigali, Rwanda to Entebbe, Uganda, seeing gorillas, chimpanzees, Shoebill storks, and more, plus lots of great experiences. Ruth was our co-ordinator and was very easy to communicate with; she set up a great itinerary. Ronnie was our driver, and he was the best! Great driver, kind, and calm, he took such good care of us everywhere that we miss him. I also must mention that Uganda is a stunning country - beautiful, safe, friendly. I am so happy we did this trip, and allowed EAJS to be our guides.

Ronald was incredibly friendly and a huge part of why my trip was so great.
I had an incredible experience with East African Jungle Safaris! As a solo woman traveler, I was a bit nervous, but I had an incredible time with my guide, Ronald. The sites were beautiful and I really enjoyed the food and my accommodations.
I gather that the itinerary was more flexible than I initially had thought, so I encourage vacationers to play an active role in shaping theirs, though what they proposed was incredible as-is.
I am so grateful to have had the chance to explore Rwanda in all its beauty.

Our 4 days Adventure to Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth National Parks
We may never get this experience again, so I'm grateful we went with East African Jungle Safaris. Fred answered all my questions beforehand; our guide Joe was a fabulous companion for our 4 day trip to Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth National Parks. Our party of four was very comfortable in the 4-wheel drive Toyota van. Joe was not only an excellent driver and wildlife guide, he is also passionate about his land and taught us so much about the local cultures. Joe was also very accommodating of any request to stop for photo ops, restrooms and refreshments. For our moderate budget, lodging at Bwindi view was far beyond expectations, with great views, personal attention and delicious meals.

Car rental
Actually we did not book any trip from East African Jungle Safaris, however, we rented a car (Toyota Land Cruiser) with the driver from this company and travelled from around in Rwanda and Uganda. Briefly speaking, nice people, good and professional service. All people from East African Jungle Safaris we had contact with are reliable and really nice (Fred in Kampala, Frank in Kigali, and our driver Twahibu).

my dream vacation to queen elizabeth
We chose East African Jungle Safaris to organise our vacation in Uganda and Director Fred brought up many options and we settled for a safari to Queen Elizabeth, and we never regretted that choice because we enjoyed every bit of it from the boat cruise on kazinga channel where we saw many crocs and hippos to the game drive where we saw lions one leopard and many elephants, it was really awesome we got value for money.
Murchison Falls Safari
Our safari to Murchison Falls with East African Jungle Safari was a lifetime experience and they really showed us the Pearl of Africa. Our guide Apollo was very knowledgeable about the park and wildlife. In addition he changed the program after our wishes through out the 4 day safari which also gave us a great side experience to the Rhino Sancturary. Manager Fred also followed up from the planning till we departed from Kampala. We highly recommend this company to anyone who want to see the best of Uganda.

Great operator
I had a great time and really enjoyed the trip. I only had a limited time so I wanted to see as much as possible. Fred helped plan the trip to maximize time even adding things along the way I didn't consider. My guide, Eddie was great. Very profesional, organized and punctual. He also had a great attitude and was friendly and knowledgeable. The primate watching was great, of course I saw the chimpanzees and mountain gorillas which was unforgettable. However I also saw 5-8 other kinds of primates along the way and even at lodges. Speaking of lodges they were unforgettable. The Kibale Forest Camp was right in the rainforest and had a great jungle trail around it. You slept in very fancy tents with bathrooms. The next spot was Bakiga Lodge which was even more spectacular perched on the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable national park overlooking the sloping tea plantations to the north. Finally, and best of all, was the Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort which was on its own private island in the middle of lake Bunyonyi. Another spectacular nature trail and dugout canoeing made it very special. However the views were out of this world, I was legitimately concerned I had died and gone to heaven.
