Amazing hike and thrilling visit with gorillas
5/5

After geting some introduction and safety briefing we met the other 6 people in our group and were ready for our gorilla trekking. After a ride of 15 to 20 min. we started walking in deep forest. Prior to us leaving they had already send out trackers to find the gorillas and we were told that they had located them. So, with an excitement, we started our 2 hour hike! The hike was good, but not so easy for you if you expect a walk in the park. Our helpers, which we had booked for $15 were really useful since we didn't have to carry our own bag packs and they gave a hand when needed. As a suggestion, You must have to carry the walking stick while touring and Wear two pairs of socks over your pants, cause those safari ants bite!
Just before we got to the gorillas we were told to leave everything behind except cameras. They had to clear the way with machetes to the gorillas. Amazing when we finally got to see them! We were literally less than a meter away from them cause the rainforest didn't allow more distance. We spend a whole hour watching them. Never felt unsafe as we have best guides with us from East African Jungle Safaris! Such a Gentle Giants are these!
Enjoyed every minute of this trip!

Beautiful Queen Elizabeth National park.
5/5

It’s really a very beautiful park with a lot things to see and do from the Wildlife (big fives), boat cruises, chimpanzee treks, great vegetation and land scape to local community encounters and coffee tours. I love this park; it gives you a variety of activities to do that you can even spend three nights there.

Went Uphill both ways but worth it...!!
5/5

Our trek lasted at 4PM, so we had an intermediate hike, some go longer. We started out strong but the hills climbing were really tough. Taking help of walking sticks was so good while going up as well as down.
Luckily, our guide Frank helped to hire a porter to carry our bagpacks. He eventually carried all of our stuff for us to make it. A lady in our group really struggled at the onset but one of the rangers eventually carried her bag to keep us moving.
We got to the gorilla family at about 11:30 and we just have got a little over an hour with them. We had to move around a lot as they were active. At one point we were watching the adult hang out while two younger ones played - just like what you would see in the park.
After our time we left and hiked for a while and stopped for lunch, we had an actual lunch with us but the others only had snacks and finished quick. Then we hiked the rest of the way back.

Most thankful to Frank for the help, we had the stick and brought good gloves, also we had long socks to tuck in our pants. It is what kept all of us initially in our long sleeves.
And definitely glad I paid the $20 (and gave a big tip) for the porter.

Adventures with the East African Jungle Safaris made it simply superb.
5/5

We had a wonderful safari with East African Jungle Safaris in Tanzania ( including Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorogoro, Tarangire). It started with an easy booking process with the help of Ruth and flexibility regarding all the wishes we had. He helped to create our dream safari. The team members of East African Jungle Safaris organised an airport pick up and accommodation for the first night. As this was our first time in Africa, it was helpful to us to know that everything had been organised. During our safari at this great place, Samuel was our guide for the whole of the trip. He was great! Friendly, enthusiastic, and clearly has a passion for what he does. He always managed everything accurately to get us at the right spot to see the animals and to take beautiful pics and made this experience very special. We had such a great time with him. We would recommend East African Jungle Safaris to everyone who are planing for a trip to here bacause You are going dealing with people who are very helpful, reliable, and honest. No hidden costs or promises they did not keep.

An experience for lifetime-
5/5

Travelling from Kampala for couple of hours by road with Ronald behind the wheel was superb and the hours did not felt long! He is very generous, telling stories about his country, and he has an answer to nearly everything that I made to him,... he was GREAT guide throughout the tour! on the other hand really interrested when we told him about Sweden aswell. We stayed at a Camp, in a "tent-house" and it was something out of the normal. The amount we spent, get true value. When you realise how many people, despite the rain forrest and the gorillas, that are depending on your tribute to survive. On top of that we did the community-tour, don' t miss it! A local person from village guided us, and we was given a fantastic tour around the daily life in the village. Tour was ended with a cultural dance and music performance,it all was unforgettable moment....! We can say, from our hearts, that this is an experience you will bare with you the rest of your life!

One Side of The Beauty of Tanzania.
5/5

The first I want to do, thankyou very much East African Jungle Safaris and our very knowledgeable tour guide Godwin, he made this an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. The weather was wonderful that day it was not too hot and the wind was a little breezy. We stayed for some hours at Lake Manyara National Park, and the drive from the hotel to the park was as beautiful as I have never seen before. The landscape was all green and beautiful.....with beautiful people everywhere.
When you get to the park you are greeted by a troop of baboons and so don't get yourself busy to post pictures when you are at there. Throughout the complete drive at the park, you see beautiful birds like the African grey hornbill, then you will see giraffes and herds of elephants. The tour only gets better from there especially when you visit the hippo pool and get very close to more elephants crossing the road. The most eye catching moment was the herds of African Buffalo, when they start shaking their heads.
Godwin arranged a very tantalizing lunch that included some sandwiches and some of Tanzanian
best foods like samosa, chapati, kitumbua, many other. All of that was perfect...

From Starting to the End, it was a wonderfull experience with EAJS.
Walking completely into the dark jungle until meet the gorillas! A family of 10/12 and the big silver back always near us. It was soo amazing to be with them at their wild habitat. Also seeing the chimpz funny moves was great to watch. Everything worth it at here Bwindi Impenetrable National Park!!
Do it with the "East African Jungle Safaris" was a very good choice. All was good and the guide called Willy was so nice everyday, kind and helpful.
It was a lifetime experience that I truly recommend...!

Amazing Safari we had in Africa!!
5/5

We had an amazing Kenyan safari with EAJS, just got to posting a review now! Ruth was very helpful in arranging the itinerary and changed it many times as per my requested! Without a doubt, Apollo was one of the best tour guides and drivers we've ever come across on any tour, anywhere!
We would highly recommend to our tour guide,,,, to travel at Tsavo National Park, amazing place and we were lucky enough to spot a leopard! During the safari we also saw the falls in Thompson Park, the wildlife at Naivasha and Lake Nakuru plus Masai Mara. Thanks to Apollo our tour guide we were able to get up close to lions, hyenas, rhinos, cheetahs, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, buffalo and many more! Amazing safari all round, and looking forward to visiting again! Will definitely be booking through EAJS again - amazing value for money and no complaints!
Thanks again to Ruth and Apollo!
