Maurice, our guide was truly great! He knew so much and was so friendly and nice.
We started in Tanzania and went through from Arusha to Ngorngoro to Serengetti and Masai Mara to Nairobi. Maurice, our guide was so great! He knew so much about the animals, plants and birds, it was astounding! He was so friendly as well, I was grateful for my experience with him and with Kilidove. Our car was nice and clean, our accommodations were perfect and everything was done with the utmost respect to the environment, the local people and us. I would highly recommend Kilidove for your African Safari! I have been on safari twice with them, and both times they were amazing!

Amazing!
I have always wanted to go on an African safari so my sister and I went on a 4-day camping safari with Kilidove. We started at Lake Manyara National Park, went to Serengeti National Park and then the Ngorongoro Crater. Joshua, our guide, knew everything about all the animals and their whereabouts - even spotted all the big cats up close and a black rhino! Camping was super fun and our chef, Noel, cooked the best dinners. We felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. 6 ladies climbed Mnt Meru. The entire team sent by Kilidove was amazing and nothing was too much hassle.They negotiated prices at the hotel for us and went the extra mile to make us happy - awesome experience even when we didn't speak Swahili!

Amazing hospitality
Booked an amazing hotel for us and even picked us up from the busstop in Arusha.
We did the camping safari through Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Barakka, the driver, took care of all our belongings, knew his way around the parks, was a great game spotter, drove perfectly, knew a lot about all the different animals, history and customs of the area. Our cook wasn't called Mr. Delicious for no reason, every meal was a feast. Plus both of them were a lot of fun, singing songs and playing games in the evening.
In short: great service and tour for a very fair price!

Picking a good tour operator is important. Ngorongoro crater is pretty open, so its easier to see safari vehicles conglomerate together. But if you're in the other parks, an experienced safari driver is highly recommended. Within 3 hours of one park, by God's grace (and we attribute this to prayer!), we say 2 sets of lions eating zebra, wiildebeast, and saw a lionness kill another wildebeast! We met a group that evening that didn't see any lions! We highly recommend Kilidove Tours. His team is not only highly knowledgeable (and they teach you their wisdom!), the owner grew up as an orphan and supports 4 - 5 orphans in their schooling! So you're not only getting the best tour company, but supporting a great organization. Its important, and you'll see this, that the operator understands the animals habits and how to maximize your photography experience.
