Outstanding company and service ensured an unforgettable experience and the holiday of a lifetime!
My husband, son and I have just experienced the trip of a lifetime organised by Speke Uganda & Rwanda and our UK tour operator Turquoise Holidays. We spent four wonderful days gorilla trekking and seeing the golden monkeys in the Virunga National Park in Rwanda staying at the breathtakingly beautiful Virunga Lodge as our base.
We would like to give a special mention to our outstanding guides, Gerard and Africano, with our local agents Speke Holidays Uganda & Rwanda. They accompanied us from the moment we arrived at Kigali airport, throughout our trip each day until our return flight. Their warm welcome, extensive knowledge, passion for their countries and wildlife as well as their genuine care for us made this an unforgettable experience and one we will treasure for a lifetime. All of our needs and requests were fulfilled and they showed marked flexibility and understanding in ensuring our itinerary was just perfect. They are both very special people and a credit to their company and country. Our sincere gratitude will remain with them always. As we left them at the airport to return home, we sensed we would hold their presence forever in our hearts.

The most wonderful trip!
We had a wonderful tour around Rwanda. Everything was great - the wildlife, scenery, accommodation and hospitality. Vincent was our guide/driver who was fantastic. He catered to all our needs, was very kind, considerate and flexible.
We recommend Speke to any future travellers to Africa.

Speke Uganda Holidays is providing an excellent service, the Team is professional and kind, the drivers great : we strongly suggest to spend more time in Kigali, visiting museums, art galleries, enjoying cafés and markets. Of course Gorillas trekking is a must and it deserves its fame as it's a unique and exceptional experience, but Rwanda and Uganda are offering plenty experiences and best locations to enjoy the wilderness and the lovely people. A longer stay is highly suggested!

Outstanding experience, that was made even better by our tour guide Vincent!
This was an absolutely incredible trip! Right from the beginning being greeted by Vincent our tour guide and driver. He was happy, cheerful and so incredible helpful and knowledgeable. He navigated all the things we wanted to do each day and made the trip so simple. He was never late, in fact always waiting for us, and always with a smile on his face. The lodge we stayed in was equally amazing and everything just clicked. We had zero issues, and there is nothing about our trip that i would change. We are so grateful for the experience and memories that were created!

They listened & responded to all our requests, making our experience amazing.
We found Speke Uganda Holidays to be very reliable, communicative and safety oriented. We never felt unsafe during the course of our trip. The driver (Innocent) was very respectful, making sure our needs were met and his driving was safe. Uganda is one of the most lush and beautiful countries where the people are welcoming and friendly. We felt the trip was certainly good value for the money. The wildlife safaris and trekking the Gorillas and chimpanzees were just an exceptional experiences. Meeting the local villagers was an added bonus without which this trip wouldn't have been wholesome. Overall the trip was fantastic and we will certainly use them in the future.

Speke Uganda Holidays - simply perfect.
I booked a single traveler tour from April 1st till April 6th straight at Speke, no German agency in between. Communication by Email, WhatsApp and even a call via WhatsApp was excellent and always fast. Flights were booked by myself.
My guide guide and driver for the whole time was Gulielm. He had good contacts and was excellent in finding out where the animals were. I'd like to call him "eagle eye Gulielm" because he saw the animals without binocular wherever they were. He has an unbelievable knowledge and was always there for me. When my flight back was canceled and a new one scheduled one day later, he took care for me and even spend the additional day with me (he arranged a room, a visit in the botanical garden in Entebbe and finally drove me to the airport).
The tour itself was just great. Gorilla tracking in Bwindi, 2x Safari in Queen Elizabeth NP (incl. tree climbing lions and leopard), fantastic boat ride at Kazinga Channel (incl. elephants and buffaloes having a bath) and chimp tracking in Kyambura Gorge. Words can't discribe the experience.
Accomodation and especially the food was nice.
For those who are thinking about going to Uganda in rain season: It is no problem at all!

Thank you so much for an outstanding private safari experience in Uganda. Our guide Gulielm was the best guide we ever had on our tours. Very professional how you could arrange going on gorilla trecking spontaniously again after the first time flashed us. Gulielm was very empathic and gave us an very close insight in Uganda traditions and way of living. The hotels and guesthouses were very well chosen and fitted our expectation perfectly. It is a once in a lifetime experience, but due to your service, we might come back again.

The perfect trip through Uganda
The trip itself was a perfect mix of Ugandas more than beautiful nature & wildlife, but also daily life and the nice Ugandan people. The organization was absolutely good. Accommodation throughout the whole trip was very good. Our guide and driver did everything to make this trip unforgettable. It was a pleasure to travel with them.
